From my initial phone call to arriving the next day to visually see if the storage size was big enough for me Sara and Anton were very friendly and professional. Everything I needed to know during our walk through of the facility was explained and the app is very easy to use!!! Definitely will use again if I need storage in the future. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff, we had a tech issue with the Edocs but apart from that it was a hassle free experience.
We weren't given the hard sell approach, we were shown around the complex, and my partner and I were given time to discuss what would best suit our needs.
What sold us to become roomia clients was the 24hr access

Excellent service and very professional
I am so pleased with the service provided by Anton and Josh, who helped us with all our inquiries.

Minchinbury Roomia self storage
My overall experience is you're doing great. I had issues with the lockers themselves but the staff (Anthony) was absolutely wonderful. Twice I was unable to lock my unit but both times walked away confident that the issues would be resolved and both times they were. I am happy with the staff, the facility security and location of the Mt Druitt Roomia.
