From the time of my initial inquiry until I moved my possessions in the self storage unit a week later , I dealt with Kim. Kim made the whole experience seamless. She was very knowlegable, extremely patient with questions and was able to provide hints/tips when determining the correct storage unit size. I cannot speak highly enough of the great customer service she provided. Thank you Kim

This was my first visit to Roomia
This was my first visit to Roomia. It was the Truganina location in Melbourne. Kim was awesome..explained everything on our little tour. I saw her interacting with other customers and she was patient and understanding. I'll be starting my rental in a couple of weeks.

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. Treats customers with so much respect. They never hid any fees and was 100% transparent with us. Was so easy to access the building. Very decent prices for spaces.

Everything was good. Good facilities. I was able to use the van for the day free of charge to move my stuff. Only problem was when I went to collect my bond the following day I was questioned about how many kms the van had done. Nothing was said to me regarding a km limit or anything like that so I felt it was abit rude and unnecessary.
