Short on time, still a great experience
We had a very last minute need for storage and we couldn't have pulled it off without the team at Chirnside Park. Thank you Peter and Ben for your responsiveness and helpfulness. I'm glad I got to meet you both in person. The process was quick and seamless to get set up with the storage space and it's so simple for us to make sure the right people in our organisation have access. The facilities are great, clean and super easy to access. Shout out to Dean Thomas, our amazing removalist too - he pulled off a minor miracle fitting everything in!

This storage place is amazing, extremely clean, modern and super easy to book and access.
With all modern security you can use your phone and the app to access every part of the storage facility you need 24/7
Super friendly and helpful staff I would highly recommend Roomia to everyone.
Bonus free hire of their van for 24hrs this saved me a lot of money!!

Facility is clean, modern, and actually secure. Best part is the app access — no keys, no codes to remember, just tap your phone and you're in. Makes life so much easier.
Would 100% recommend them. Already told my family about it in case they needed extra secure storage too.

I experienced excellent customer service from Kim in Truganina branch. She is an expert in making the rules and instructions easy to understand. She explains thoroughly the process and assisted me with my sudden booking on the same day. Truly polite, courteous and professional. Highly commendable for her dedication at work. The area is clean and tidy with all the security features available on site.
