Communication was great and support was there for every step of the way. Appreciated the additional services such as the van hire, trolley and lift. Great experience as a self storage first timer. Kriesha (or Kreisha) is awesome!

I’ve been with Roomia for almost 3 years now and everything from signing up, moving stuff in (and out) to vacating was such a smooth process.
It has been great to access everything via my phone and their customer service is welcoming and super friendly!

Friendly staff explained the process in detail and made it easy for us to use the storage unit for the first time. Easy to cancel at the end of use as well. Unit was clean, easy to get to and use.

The young girl that was on when l went to be shown how to connect to the app and then into how to get into the premises she’s very helpful and then on the Saturday when I got there I had issue with the locker and must
Set an alarm and she came up and gave me your help so yes she’s very helpful. That young girl that you have employed their, overall experience was easy once done it. I know what I’m doing but thank you.

Well maintained and clean facility
Well maintained and clean facility. The rooms are easy to access with good size doors.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The only thing I think they could do better is to either use RFID tags (instead of an 8 digit number) for the entry gate, or provide something like a business card with your room details and gate code that you can stick in your wallet or the car.

I’ve never dealt with a storage company…
I’ve never dealt with a storage company before however I will never deal with anyone else. Roomia was fantastic from the moment I started working with them. They were thorough, helpful and informative, nothing was too much. They’re 24hour access is what sold me the most and the app was so easy to use. I’d recommend Roomia to anyone looking to store their belongings. Sarah was brilliant to deal with, well done. Shame I had to leave, but all good things come to an end eventually. Might see you again, thanks.

As I said in my other review Maria went above and Beyond last Saturday after hours to help me get what I needed and Leanne has helped me from the beginning when storage kink opened. I’m very happy with the service and deals they give me as a repeat customer

Genuine service cheaper then others
Great service! security is on point and the process is simple and it is cheaper then most major storage names.
They have on site boxes and stuff for purchase if needed and an elevator and trolley's on site for your use as needed. Pleasant experience
