I had many ads out on other sites for my room for rent. Yours was the most efficient and easy to retrieve messages from potential tenants. And you didn't charge me to get my messages. I rented the room to someone who used this site. Thank you roommates!

Very easy to use. The only reason they dont have a perfect score from me is that you have to pay a weekly membership fee if you want to be able to read peoples About info. But you can take a personality test and they will match you to people who are most likely to be a good fit based on that. The person I ended up finding was a 92% match, and we clicked so fast when we met up. I ended up finding them within maybe two weeks, and its a lot more trustworthy than using Craigslist or facebook.

Honestly, I've had almost no success in the last 3 years using this app. Sometimes I get close, but to no avail. I hop back on whenever I need to list a room in my house for rent. There always seems to be a lot of the same people on, so I'm not sure if they're in a decent situation and just seeing what pops up over time, or what. Many of the matches don't communicate (which very well could just be my house and situation is not for them), and there are seemingly now scammers. I've run into men posing as women and saying inappropriate things via text when we get to a point of external communications, pictures that aren't representative of their profile (clearly older people with age set to 18 and more), and of course, just no successful matches. I'm not sure why this is but I would have expected after paying for probably 6+ months worth of subscription services I'd have had someone fill my rooms. I'm honestly only seemed to have success on FB Marketplace which is primarily a cesspool as it is of poor candidates, people not reading, or an almost exclusive subset of people FB pushes to my listing for some reason. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use or recommend the app after I fill this new listing or not, but I can say I haven't been at all satisfied with the outcome unfortunately. At least the platform is simple and straightforward.

Things with this site was good. i had to watch and make sure they did not take out money for a plan i did not agree too.

This was an easy process. Had some good prospects and was able to find one that was a good fit . Definitely recommend this sight
