Ayra, the representative that help me with on-boarding was great. He was through and showed me how to get connect social media outlets I hadn't thought connecting with. Overall the services and platform is an excellent way to get exposure in the era of social media.

⭐ 1-Star Review - “Roomvu Was a Major Letdown - Realtors!”
As a real estate professional, I had high hopes when I signed up for Roomvu. Their sales pitch sounded promising: curated content based on local real estate market data, seamless social media integration, and a hands-free marketing system for agents. But unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on nearly every level.
Even though, I met Sam Mehrbod, Ph.D on a couple of occasions, I bring it to his attention, He may not aware what is going on there
Let’s start with the content: I expected localized, relevant market insights, but received mostly generic, evergreen posts, same to all agents, That was a huge red flag for me.
Worse, I experienced constant social media disconnections. I’d wake up to find my Facebook or Instagram disconnected again and again, with no clear solution. I reported it more than 100 times never resolve the problem.
I also raised concerns and asked to cancel my subscription, but the process was unclear. Even after requesting that my payment method be removed, They says they can’t do that. I was charged again. I’ve since had to follow up through my bank. I signed up to save time, not create more problems.
I don’t typically write reviews like this, but I believe others should know what to expect. I am looking for true value, responsive support, and reliable content.
I really hope Roomvu improves their service and support for agents. But as it stands Until short it out my issues, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Ayra of Roomvu tech support was very helpful to assist my need to get connected my social media during zoom meeting. He was so kind and patience with me explaining step by step. So I could follow with him. It was more than what I expected today! Thank you so much!

This is business. It’s not speed dating.

My company signed with Roomvu the other week we told him we need extra help on boarding. We told them we need help setting things up and we got handed off to very junior level people that locked customer support and account management skills.

our first call to help us with on boarding we were rushed from the second. The room vu person opened up the meeting. It was continuously rushed. He kept saying how quickly we needed to move and the support was terrible. Based on this call alone, I’m asking for a complete and total refund i’m working with them to help my company grow. This felt like I was a commodity. It felt like speed dating, and it felt like there was no genuine support.

I’m working with your company to help my business. I’m not working with your company for speed dating that call felt like speed dating. I need more support than that. We are canceling.
