RoomvuI had a very disappointing experience with this place. They charged a lot of money but didn’t deliver the promised services. When I raised my concerns, they ignore my emails and my calls to refund the payment. It seems like there is no one responsible or professional enough to handle things properly. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend it. Thank you for reading.

Dishonest and Blatantly Lied about cancel policy.

Trying to spare fellow Realtors from the dissatisfaction and aggravation of signing up with Roomvu. I paid $1162 for their Social Media services and the use of their Email marketing. The sales person, Josh, said very clearly in an email that if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel within 7 days and get a refund. He even typed in the email that if I wasn't satisfied within 30 days I could cancel. Blatant lies! After trialing and being dissatisfied with their social media and the email marketing, I decided I did not want to continue. The SM posts were generic looking and redundant. I requested the cancel and refund within the 7 day period. A few days later, I received their reply that they WOULD NOT honor their word. They referred to terms and conditions (that I didn't sign) saying that if any of their content was distributed, I was out of luck. Save yourself the frustration, and use another more reputable and honest company to deal with.

Both agents I worked with gave me incorrect information and were not clear on the 7-day guarantee. I had to correct both of them and made sure my settings were set for financial advisor, yet everything was written for real estate agents. The first post looked illiterate and didn't make sense. The personalized video option looked awful, so I didn't use it (Zoom Clips works so much better). After the first post I emailed to cancel this account, and they refused to refund my money. They also didn't tell me there would be additional foreign fees.
I initial training/account set up ended abruptly, when I tried logging back in it just said, "host is in another meeting". I went in to book a call and it was a 4 day wait to schedule a time for assistance, not the service I was promised when they were promoting this program.
I was also told I could schedule my posts at 7am, that isn't an option and I was told I could link to my personal FB account prior to paying but once I paid they told me they would have to get authorization for that and it would take a few days. Bad business practice!!!
I am very dissatisfied with this program as well as the customer service.

I did not use the service

I did not use the service. I called on September 4th and emailed about the fraudulent charge and asked for a refund and repeated I did not want to do business with them I also emailed support which they require you to do to unsubscribe to a service I never subscribed to.
They have never refunded my money, and they still have me as a subscriber. And yes, they will refund my money as long as I take down my reviews. Obviously, strings attached. In all my years of business I have never come across a company so desperate to get business that they subscribe clients fraudulently and make it impossible to reclaim funds or get unsubscribed.
Why is American letting this kind of business to even operate here. So thankful that the FTC is enacting new rules to make it mandatory to unsubscribe to service with just a click. However, unscrupulous companies like this one will probably violate this order and continue their deceptive trade practices.
Like my dad used to say "When people show you who they are, Believe Them.

Copy of their email again saying they will refund money if I remove my review. It’s a shake down.
