We've used Tareq and his team at Roost now for the last 4 years. They serviced our old boiler, dealing with issues swiftly along the way, and have recently installed a new boiler. The engineers that have attended (Chris, Christian, Max, Jack, Aiden) have all been excellent - knowledgeable, polite and tidy - and when an unexpected problem arose post-installation it was dealt with
immediately within 24 hours under the warranty. We are very grateful to Roost Heating for all the help, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roost for their outstanding work and customer service.

We had ongoing problems with our underfloor heating. The people at Roost investigated carefully and were determined to leave us with a reliable and efficient system. They were exceptional problem solvers and considerate, polite and effective. All backed up by excellent customer service - answering/returning calls, keeping us informed of progress and basically doing what they said they would. Finally they left us with a system they believe our local plumber can keep serviced to save us money. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aidan installed a new radiator for us and we are very happy with the results. I liked how considerate he was of keeping mess to an absolute minimum and he didn't mind working under the watchful eye of our newborn which was great entertainment for her. Towards the end of his visit, he explained to us what he had done and happily answered all our questions.

Roost heating replaced our old boiler and our hot water cylinder tank in the airing cupboard along with the removal of the water tanks in the loft.
Aiden and Max did a great job, and the service provided was to a very high standard. Polite and answers all my questions. Highly recommended.

Just had Christian and Jack out to have a look at our Air Source Heat Pump. Really nice fellas, explained everything they were doing and needed to do really clearly and were prompt and efficient. Felt very comfortable having them in my home and would defo Italy use them again.

Our house's heating system had been suffering from an existing fault which symptoms appeared to be caused by the UFH tripping the boiler. After a couple of other plumbers were unable to diagnosis the fault, I got in contact with Roost Heating. Long story short, cause was identified and resolved. Very happy customer.

This is the 2nd time I have used Roost. They are very efficient in making the booking. Their staff (Chris Smith) is super polite and knows his stuff. I can highly recommend this company.

Arrived a little later (half an hour) than Scheduled but when he arrived did a good job.

From the first contact with Roost (recommended by Polypipe, the manufacturer of our undefloor heating) they could not have been more helpful, accommodating or professional. We've had our underfloor hearing fitted for five years but at the time didn't get smart thermostats, so finally decided to get Hive controls fitted for our three UFH zones. The email correspondence with Roost in advance of their visit was really helpful and informative, and gave me confidence. On the day Chris turned up on time, was really friendly. He explained everything he was doing, and talked through the options explaining the pros and cons of each. Following Chris's work the system has operated really well. Very happy all round.

We cannot praise the people that we saw and spoke to at Roost heating today and earlier this week enough. The engineer was knowledgeable, understanding and came quickly to the boiler problems we were having.
The kind, caring, compassionate lady we initially spoke to on the phone, was one in a million, Thanks to Linda and Jade , we are two toasty warm oldies tonight !

Excellent, very professional company. Detailed quotes. Regular visits from the lead engineer Tareq, who patiently explained job details. All engineers were professional, helpful and friendly to have on site. I could not recommend more highly.

Roost did an excellent job installing our boiler last year. Most impressed that when we had boiler issues (due to issues our side - boiler was pumping out hot heat given our thermostat device got deleted from our app) Roost came out to visit and resolve the issue immediately without any cost. This was really appreciated given impacts it was having on our house and young kids. Thank you
