Did not subscribe but continue to get charged. I have sent several emails asking to cancel but nothing has been done. I cannot take the supplement due to kidney problems as I've explained to them. I can't get them to respond and there is no phone number for Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Saw the ad on Facebook and was initially interested. Was going to order a couple bottles for like $26. By the time I tried to get to the deliberately confusing checkout section, it had routed me through about a half dozen or more of their products. Detecting a scam, I tried backing out of the checkout process. Next thing I know I have $257 charged to my bank account and have yet to receive a response to numerous attempts to cancel the order. I contacted the fraud department of my bank and filed a claim. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Do not recommend!!

This company acts like their concerned. I have emailed them 12 times. I have been double charged and assigned 2X more product than I ordered. I am going legal with this soon. I will not let this company get away with abusing my account, I will get to the bottom of this. I got a short response then nothing. Customer service non-existing.

This company uses unscrupulous marketing tactics with auto renewal and when I got a ping from the bank about a charge on a holiday mind you I immediately sent a email to cancel. Two days later I received a message from the company saying the order already has been filled. Next day I received another email saying that the product was being shipped on Sunday which is bullshit. Do not I repeat Do not deal with this scamming unscrupulous company as they will take your money!!!

They have posted on their website a much higher score for trustpilot than is actual on this site. I tried to order one item on sale and they charged me for 5. The order was immediantly cancelled when I checked with my bank to see if the order went through shortly later on Chrstmas day and saw the fraudulent charges. They were sent multiple cancelaton notices responding only once to claim the order had already been fullfilled even though no shipping info was sent. The next day more cancellation notices were sent when they sent shipping info showing only that a label had that day been created. The notice and a picture shipping info was sent claiming they would were willing to give me 1/2 off if I wanted to keep the order they had "now sent!" and to let them know what I wantd to do! The rudenesss! I again pointed out the facts and made it clear I expected a full refund without delay because of their fraudulent actions, etc. Crickets!!! I checked the shipping info this morning and they have now shipped the unwanted items and have stayed if I want a refund, I have to wait and return the irems at my expense before my stolen funds are possibly returned!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to avoid problems!

Made order on what came to $29 and change and received bill for $69 and change on my email. I immediately tried to cancel order. They refused to acknowledge and kept sending emails reducing the price. Charge finally went through on my card with no reduced price. Only way to stop them from what I understand is to report them to your card so they won't continue to charge it.

So far day one I ordered what was supposed to be a $17.95 but was billed $35.95 I go their website and find out they do not have any way to contact there company, In my book this is a scam nothing better then a robber breaking into your house the feds need to run up these crooks and shut them down. My fault I should of known better bet I block them from any further charges and if I don't get my order then I will raise hell I'll bad review them every day. Oh and Merry Christmas a holes

I tried to purchase buy 3, get three free for a total of $39 dollars , which is what was presented. instead, I was charged $119. I contacted customer service instantly before shipping, but they said it was too late and I had to wait till I received the order. Now, they keep trying to get me to keep the order by offering me a slight discount. I've had many back-and-forth emails with them and they will not honor the price as quoted. So I want to return the items and I'm having trouble With customer service.

I guess ive been taken too. Ive ordered and once received my item. Next order never got here but it was then reshipped. I asked that i not be a part of the subscription service and was removed, only to find i was added again when i re-ordered, and surprise! it has not gotten here. I reached out and they were to resend, have not seen or heard a thing since last week.

AVOID THIS GROUP

Do not purchase from this company, they adjust the order at the checkout and when you hit the button to cancel it goes through and is not what you originally ordered. This process then creates a subscription that you did not sign up for, that you are not told about and have no way of cancelling. Absolutely stay away from.

This company charged my credit card a second time after I only bought a single order. They now say it's a recurring purchase. B.S. Asked them to cancel order and not charge credit card again...no response, have followed up with 3 other emails and chat lines...no response again. Called customer service number, goes straight to busy signal. Have opened a fraud case with my bank... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Thank you to all who put the scam warning reviews up. I smelt a rat when they wouldn’t accept my debit card. After reading reviews I saw one of their tactics was to wear you down and used your credit card. Thankfully I didn’t and came on to trust pilot. Phew; lucky escape😮‍💨

No customer service, they shipped and I didn't sign up for auto shipping, charged my card without authorizing it first. Horrible experience. Do not order unless you want to get scamed

I purchased the beetroot supplements from Rosabella. I was not able to take them due to a medical issue. I contacted Rosabella by email and was advised to return all that I had left. Once I mailed it I again contacted customer service and I dealt with Zarah. This agent answered me swiftly every time and was very nice, encouraging and a pleasure to deal with.
Once they received my return I was issued my refund. No problem with them at all.
I highly recommend them to anyone and Zarah is the one to deal with.

I would like to actually give this company a half star. The website says buy 3 bottles at $11.99 each and get 3 free. So my husband and I decided to try it. Actually charged us $81 for all 6 bottles. Cancelling orders is impossible you just get generated texts. Than they sent it to the wrong address. I would not buy anything from this company it's fraud.

What a scam company we ordered a one off product and they charged and sent products to us the next month without any explanation we had not signed up to a subscription at any time
Very disgusted with their dishonest business practices and complete lack of any customer service whatsoever.
We had to cancel our credit card to stop the charges

While visiting the "tryrosabella.com" website to get specific pricing information on their beetroot capsules an "order" was generated without my knowledge or authorization while navigating through a confusing maze of attempted "upsells" of additional products. I immediately sent an email to the address provided by them to cancel the "order". I received no response, but my credit card was charged. My cancelation was sent to them well within their stated policy of a 6 hour window for cancelations.

I have been taking their Moringa for a couple of months now. I have noticed NO improvement in any of the areas it's supposed to help: sleep, mental clarity, etc.
