There should be a rating of no stars. Do not do business with these people!! Very deceptive website and the purchase process is horrendous, constant steps of confusing upselling where it is way to hit a wrong button and no final step to review what you think you ordered. I thought my order was $36 and my credit card charge showed $165. I emailed them to cancel the order within an hour and they refused to cancel, saying the order had been processed. Lesson learned 😖

BEWARE OF ROSABELLA BEETROOT SUPPLEMENT COMPANY!

THIS ROSABELLA COMPANY, the one that sells Beetroot capsules, supposedly out of Wyoming is NOT TO BE TRUSTED, full stop, PERIOD!! They are misleading, charge your credit card for a higher amount that they advertise. Impossible to contact them...and upon investigating, have found overwhelming negative reviews on financial abuse of customers credit cards!! Terrible...they should be put out of business!

Can’t give them a ZERO Star.Ordered 3 containers of 30 capsules. Comes with a 90 day REFUND POLICY. Received an email with another Order I didn’t Authorize, tried contacting them to find out what’s going on & cancel this order & activate the 90 day refund policy & after 4 days no response. Original Ad on Facebook , both companies should be investigated, this is Fraud & try reporting something on FB. Nothing will happen. So I’ve received a reply & they have come to the party hopefully. But I had to cancel my card so it doesn’t happen again. They hv cancelled my subscription that I never wanted & if I refuse the delivery & it gets returned to them , they’ll reimburse me. I will update my review once this happens.

Be very careful.

Any order you place will be placed on a recurring monthly basis after you provide your payment method at $36 a bottle. It takes an act of congress to be able to contact them, it seems. You won`t know this until after you have been billed and another shipment is on the way. Be careful.

I ordered one bottle get one free. They charged my account $72.16 and $89.99. When I try to cancel it, they want me to pay an additional five dollars to hook me up with a technician that can cancel my order for me. This is ridiculous. I hope no one else gets scammed like I did.

Unauthorized credit card charges

They will place unauthorized charges on your card. They will sign you up for recurring charges and orders. You will have to cancel your card and report fraud. They do NOT abide by their policies. If you try to cancel orders, they will not cancel them. No matter how quickly you contact them. Their priority is to CHARGE YOUR CARD as many times as possible, they do not care for customer service. Fraud. If you must have the product, buy from a reputable source but not directly from them. They are a scam.

Unauthorized autoship and charges

I am trapped in the unauthorized shipment and charging loop. They send a lot of emails, promising help but nothing ever happens. You can never talk to someone in person. I'm sure I'll get an email from someone being very warm and nice but not willing to do a thing to help me. I have contacted the credit card company.

I ordered direct from Rosabella and…

I ordered direct from Rosabella and then not even a month later, another $40 charge pops up on my bank card. I emailed the company and they said that I signed up for Auto Ship. No I did not and never auto ship anything ever. Customer Service could not produce the copy of my original order that they claimed had AutoShip checked off. Then she says that it is "prechecked" on the order and I would have had to uncheck the box to stop Auto Ship. Really!?!? Very shady UNETHICAL business practice if you ask me. I returned the unopened shipment and got stuck with a $14 return shipping cost which THEY WOULD NOT REFUND! I did however get a $40 credit back to my account within 10 days. Everybody is out for that cash grab & they don't care!

They are a bunch of thieves, they charge your credit card and send you more product even when you don want it. I opted out of the reoccuring and sent me any way. I emailed them repeatedly and they wont respond I am being totally honest of this review.

I was scammed as well

I will add my name to the list of being scammed into an auto renew and or subscription that I never signed up for. I ordered a buy 1/get 1 bottle and was "upsold" at checkout for 3 more bottles. To the tune of a 5 month supply. 25 days later I get the email thanks for your order and that they were shipping me two more bottles. I emailed back I didn't order more and they said it was on auto renew. I didn't sign up for that, and why would I want a two month supply sent every 30 days, even I can do the math on that one! And why would I want two more bottles when I just ordered 5 bottles 25 days prior. They are lying saying I ordered a subscription yet when I go to my account and put in my email it says "no subscription associated with this account". Beware. I am fighting it with paypal and will also with my credit card once it posts.

This is a scam, don't buy from this company they don't have a contact number and they will cheat you! Stay away from this shoddy company!!! I just wanted to try it so I tried to place an order for the buy one get one free well guess what the freaking screen froze before I could finish my order then when it finally unfroze I got stuck with buy 2 get 2 free plus $9.95 expedited shipping totaling $74.95 what type of bs is this. Within 5 minutes I tried to find a contact number so they could fix it nope they don't have one only a email wow they contacted me and told me that my order was already filled and shipped and couldn't be fixed within 5 minutes yeah ok. Here it is I still haven't received my freaking order. Now I don't even want it I just want my money back.

Got a subscription I did not want

The moringa is not doing anything
The only reason I signed up for it is because it specifically said it was a one time purchase. Now they are sending me more and charging me $35.00 a clip.

If I could give them a negative number I would! They have put only 5 start under a heading of trust pilot on their website. They do not have a telephone number you can call to stop your subscription when you use their help you get automated replies without a significant answer. I have written multiple emails to this bot they have to ask for the email to send their product back to no avail. They are a rip off company and the product they sent never worked for me. Beware you have 6 hours to cancel you account from the original order before you get continual withdrawals from your credit card you originally gave them.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I am only giving even 1 star so that I may warn other potential buyers of Rosabella Moringa. Once you subscribe it is impossible to cancel auto ship. I have contacted the company 4 times & each request has been ignored. They continue to charge my card & even though they respond to e-mails the answer is vague & they will not commit to honoring their fraudulent 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Product does nothing that is advertised & I would not recommend to anyone. I will also be reporting to the BBB & give unfavorable reviews on Social Media platforms that are available.

If I could choose Failed, I would

If I click fail I would. I ordered their product because I trusted them. Then only to find out they charged me twice as much. Their ad reads buy 3 get 3 free, for $11.99. No where on the ad does it say $11.99 per bottle. Immediately I started try to cancel it & there’s no way to do that. So I sent an email saying cancel my order.
I ordered this late around midnight. The very next morning within a few hours, they told me they couldn’t refund my order because they’d already mailed it. So I waited. 2 weeks later, I email them, I never received it. So they sent my the tracking info, clearly showing it was delivered!! In California, I live in Texas. I ask for my refund, they kept sending me ads asking if I wanted to get something else, a week of this, I decided they were never going to refund my money, so I agreed & traded it for something else. Then after 2 weeks I emailed them & told them I wanted a refund because yet again I never received anything, they told me they tried, but couldn’t deliver it. They needed my correct address, which they clearly had. Waited a week nothing so I emailed them again, I demanded my money back because I was done with their nonsense. I get pkgs all the time with no issues. I have my door, mailbox, & a locked locker room.
So now, today, they tell me as soon as they get it back, they’ll refund my money.
Them get back??? That’s unacceptable & I’m filing a fraudulent claim on them. This has been going on since early Sept. Believe me or, not … just ba aware of this shady company.
