I am very very grateful for your help!! I reached out and Aqsa helped me in a very professional and pleasant manner. I found out that I had been scammed by a fake Rosabella site. So somehow i accidentally purchased moronga because i was on the website, really wanted to purchase some but being a struggling single mom, i couldnt afford to at the moment. When i noticed it took 50 dollars out of my account, i reached out asking how to return the item and get my money back. Aqsa was not only so helpful but also so sincere and thoughtful. Wonderful product. Wonderful ppl. 10/10

Wish I'd read these reviews first. I ordered 1 bottle. Some how I got 4 and was charged more than they said. Im still trying to cancel a subscription I didn't sign up to. Not getting anywhere. This company needs reporting. Avoid

I requested to cancel my subscription and received no less than 3 emails stating that before they could cancel my subscription, they needed an explanation of my reasons why. I stated emphatically that I wanted to cancel and I did not need to provide an explanation. They made it incredibly difficult to cancel. I'm not even sure if they have done so after this last email communication. I will never order from this company again.

I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Unable to talk to anyone. Everything through email. Don't waste your time ordering from this company!

Did not fulfill the full refund they claimed when advertising.
I have had to report to the Better Business Bureau as they first claimed I did not request a refund in time, then when I provided evidence that I did, they then claimed they could only refund the amount returned. How can you offer a full refund if the product does not work, then decide to refund only the amount you returned? They are a huge scam.

Rabia Nisar was of great help resolving an ordering issue. Rabia responded to me right away and completely resolved the issue.
A few days later checked in again to ensure total satisfaction was attained. Thank you Rabia.

False advertising. Plain and simple…Rosabella does not come across as a reputable company. Sadly, they got me! I clearly ordered buy one, get one free for 19.99 plus free shipping because I wanted to try the supplement Moringa out for the first time. They require credit card info without reviewing your order. I was very careful NOT to order any “extra” bottles or flashing arrows for expedite shipping. My card was instantly charged 39.00 which I will dispute with my credit card company.
There are too many other companies to order products from to have this poor experience.

They ship you the product even if you cancel it. Also it's a scam. They use AI to create fake ads with known people's voices.

This company Rosabella carries the Moringa supplement, which I wanted to tr, so I purchased a special of three jars so that I can see how I feel after using it for three months. I did not purchase this on a reoccurring basis. Long and behold, I receive an email stating that my package is getting ready to be shipped. I am furious! I immediately sent an email to their Support email address and demanded that they do not ship this out because I did not order this on a recurring basis. I did not receive a response, andI sent another email the following day and another one that evening and I still have not heard one thing from the company. I did receive however an email advertisement from them but no response to my emails I would not order from this company. They Do not stand behind their product and honestly, I do not feel or see any difference from taking this supplement. It is a bunch of false advertising. I am going through my PayPal to have this resolved. This is so ridiculous and it wastes so much time to go through this hassle!!!!

No phone # to call,that was my first mistake. I am trying to cx my order which I don't remember ordering. Their reply via email is AI and they don't answer the question. Hopefully this is not a scam. BEWARE
