Beware!!

Beware!!! This company is not to be trusted. Waited forever for the merchandise They say 30 day refund but they never answer your emails to make the return. They make it bad for other sites that are legit. After this experience I will probably never trust any company on Instagram again!!! I gave them one star only because you can’t write the review without pressing a star. They deserve ZERO!!!

Ja bestilte moringa og alt gik galt fra starten. Vil bestille 3 bøtter moringa og endte med at betale for 9 bøtter moringa og nu sender de til mig igen. Det er virkeligt dårligt for jeg fjernede fluebenet til abonnent og sp løg de om det.. Hold jer væk.

Do not buy from this Company

I, , did not authorize any order from Rosabella and I’m not on an automatic refill either!!!
I made the mistake and placed my last one time order in June 2025,
Since then I was charged for something I did not authorize or ordered!!!
This is the second time I have had to call my bank which has caused me an inconvenience of canceling my bank cards,
Remove any information on fileaccount or member with Rosabella!!
I also checked into your companies website reviews and found out that there are many of the same complaints that I’ve had in the past 2-3 weeks.
This text is advising Rosabella that I will never order from your company again!!! I will not be responsible for any money you say I own Rosabella!!
Repeat: I will no longer order from Rosabella products again! Remove my credit card “wallet merchant” information immediately!!!
Your company should be ashamed of scamming people who trusted your website.
Believe me I too will place this review against your company!!!

In my opinion this company are Crooks. They billed my card on file without my authorization. I could cancel. Then, they refilled me and shipped more! I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Rip offs.

To all the people who want to cancel: Call your credit/debit card company and speak with customer service! I have sent over 12 emails and I'm still not sure if they canceled my order and subscription-(which I DID NOT sign up for). MJ has been very helpful via email, BUT still not sure if the result will be in my favor!

Can somebody please respond to my requests to stop the subscription on my account. I have called and am unable to speak with a human. I have sent messages daily and nobody responds. Your site says that you respond within 24-48 hours. Your website does not allow me to stop the subscription that I NEVER set up initially. I hope that someone will either email me or better yet call me to be sure that I am refunded the money for a product that I did not intend to receive.

This company is a complete scam. I was careful to make sure I only ordered a one-time purchase, but they changed the original price I had agreed on and signed me up for a subscription. They say you can cancel anytime, but there is absolutely no link anywhere to manage your account or subscription. It's a total scam.
I have emailed them numerous times requesting to cancel the subscription, and the only time I received a reply, was telling me the benefits of a subscription! It's too bad they run their business like this, because it is a decent product, but I would never order online again unless it was through Amazon.

Still waiting months now for a refund which they didn’t want to give and will not if bottle is open. Only after my doctor told me not to take this supplement did they even offer refund and many hoops to jump through. Had to pay shipping and send them tracking number (why) also said they canceled my subscription yet I just got another charge and shipment from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY

They got me also. Scam. They charge full price even if they say buy 3 and get 3 free. They charged $9.95 for shipping that they said was free. I usually read reviews first but failed to do so this time around . The 6 bottles of beetroot came to $81.90. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw the price and was unable to do so. I emailed them with no response. Please be smarter than I was. I hate people like this.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I have tried over and over to cancel the subscription and they continue to send more of this product and charge me. There was a 90 day moneyback guarantee and I have been contacting them within that timeframe. Buyers do your research on this one.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I have cancelled this subscription multiple times and they just keep billing me!! DO NOT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
They respond with nauseating emails that wear you out! I don’t have time for this. Awful company.

The promotion is misleading

The promotion is misleading. Ad said one bottle 14.99, but two and get two free. So the expected total should be $30 plus delivery but I was charged $60. Nothing us free with this company. They justified their charge as getting four bottles at $15 per instwad if the normal $30 per bottle. I am refusing my order and asking for a refund but they are not forthcoming with any help. DONT BUY I TO GHE DECEPTIVE AD even if the product is decent.

Very prompt assistance and Happy with my purchase.

Aqsa made me very happy with the final results in my experience. We had a heck of a time with a courier service but i requested that Canada Post be used once my order reached Canada and Aqsa took care of it for me. She was very patient with me and assured me my order is now on its way. Thank you very much Aqsa for all of your assistance.

Keep receiving bottles of Moringa.
First of all, I feel no difference so won't be ordering again
