I would like not to give NO STARS for…
I would like not to give NO STARS for this company under Rose Malibu or Celia Moda who are the same organisation base in China.
I have experience an horrendous experience with the customer service.
I brought 2 dresses accidently which upon receipt was cheap and a completely different coour and style and nothing like the garments advertised on both there websites!
They have no integrity as an organisation and just want to take customers money knowing the complications of returning the products which firstly are high costs but I sent it back as a matter of principle and tested them to see how honest they were that they received the first parcel which they didn't disclose until I sent proof of delivery and they mentioned nothing and then sent me a return.
The second parcel is at Customs but as Royal Mail has stated and they are well aware that the recipient (Rose Malibu & Celia Moda) has to release the goods at customs in China and pay a fee which they purposely not doing and stating that it is my responsibility which is a complete lie as all information stated it is the receiptant must pay the import duty and had the audacity to state in an email 'user tax payment' request which is not for me it is for them to contact the China Customs like all custom sevices all over the world and advised by Royal Mail, AI and Google say the same thing and they do not want to assist in releasing the product so they do not have to refund my money.
I will be reporting the companies to the appropriate services as the China Post even states 'As stated by Chinese Postal Law you are responsible for all costs as stated below and you are all aware that you need to pay the local Chinese custom duties or must complete the clearance to collect the parcel' I asked them for proof which they have not yet emailed sent!
They are not trusting and misleading selling items that do not reflect the picture. Please do not buy nothing from these Rose Malibu & Ceila Moda or you will regret it.
I advised to check the other names and you will see the comments about terrible experiences under
Celia Moda & Malibu Boutique!!!

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but there was a screen after checkout that prompted the same item at a discounted rate. Thought it was for my original order but it added a second item to my cart without a prompt saying so.

Too early to tell
The shop looks good however I haven’t received the product yet hence three stars; hopefully it’s good quality. It looked really cool in the photos and the checkout experience was very smooth.

Return policy requires I pay shipping back to China or take a 10% refund and keep the items. Horrible experience.
