This is not a London shop it's just the usual load of tat from China that took weeks to come. The website says you can have a refund ....just try getting it out of them. Impossible

I ordered a Nordic sweater in January thinking I was dealing with a London mother and daughter shop. Took a long time to be delivered, yes, from China and when it arrived I was disappointed to see that the sweater had no ribbed cuffs or along the bottom edge, as shown on the advertising photos. I emailed Rose & Clara and to be fair they replied within 24 hours asking for photos of the item I'd been sent. Once I had done so they replied offering me a full credit note and said I could just keep the faulty item. Fine but I am concerned that the same will happen with any replacement order I make. Delivery info should state circa 14 days for delivery not '1 - 3 days for despatch' as this is very misleading. Overall a disappointing experience.

Company sent defective goods. Finally agreed a refund which they claim to have processed on 17th Feb but 9 days later there is no refund to my card.
This is a chinese company issuing goods that do not match the description, they dont operate under UK law as they claim to and they are in fact con merchants.

Bought an item for my wife from this company. The name is rather misleading as it has the name London but in it. Goods arrived and were not as advertised and the size was too small having initiated the returns process I then received a number of emails offering first10% Discount. And I could keep the item and then that became 30% when all I want was a straight credit. Eventually got the name for returns and guess what it is in china. Yes it costs more than the £45 jumper to return it by tracked delivery. What a con. No London or European address to send the goods back. Yes all hidden down in the returns policy that it has to go back to china on some slow boat no doubt Would never deal with this company again. Buyer beware

Do not buy from this company, the shoes I bought were made from poor quality materials, including plastic soles, and very poorly made. The company makes out it is London based even including London in its name but it is 100% Chinese. The shoes came from China, the email exchange when I complained comes from China and they ask you to return the item to China because they do not have a UK base. Their advertising is deceptive and the quality very poor, I will never purchase from them again.

This is not a UK company, the sizing & quality is awful. I thought I had adequately researched this company before purchasing but their marketing was very measured.

I don’t believe this is a UK site or company, though the website gives that impression. The item ordered was sent from China; it did arrive, after a fortnight. There was lots of communication about progess. The item looks ok but is obviously much too large so I no didn’t open; I haven’t attempted to return (it has to be returned to China and buyer meets postage costs!). Just to be aware.
