I ordered on 16/05/26 and still have not received the order , I’ve emailed to try and get a full refund , had no feedback and no way of contacting as the website is down

Back in may I spent over &£90 on some jumpers and boots neither was delivered even though they said it was, but when you try contact them by email they ignore you and when you contact shop app they ignore you, so I'd warn people not to order of this company cos your paying to be ignored, oh yes they might reply on here but that will be just for show so stay clear if you any sense

Waited weeks for delivery, when it came it was a different jacket than the one i ordered, i had to pay for return plus re stocking fee?

Awful company. Tried to order some boots. Website says all boots were available however they kept cancelling order with no apology. Then got a message via whatts app saying don’t buy, just use someone else. Then had the front the plug another site. DO NOT USE

Awful product (vintage green cotton jacket), nothing like the description or image shown. Quality poor. Fit size poor (XL more like XS). Terrible customer service who just ignore requests for return/refund. Avoid this pop up company who charge ridiculous amounts for poor Chinese mass produced rubbish.

In the run-up to Christmas I ordered a cardigan that I quite like the look of, paid online and awaited delivery. Completely the wrong item arrived so emailed them and that’s when the trouble started. They tried every trick in the book to avoid admitting the mistake even going as far as to blackmail me into leaving a positive review to get the correct item sent out. Also trying to charge me to send out the correct item. The whole thing went on for nearly 3 monthS until the correct item arrived. Yep, you guessed it. It was rubbish, barely resembling the picture. It went straight in the bin along with my £35.
What an absolute disgrace of a company. By coincidence since then I’ve had an awful lot of unsolicited emails and phone calls…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sham company. Steer clear. 60% of review are 1 star for a reason
I was originally asked by customer service to add a good review as a sweetener to sort out my order, I did this but it made no difference. So now been deleted and replaced with this
I now assume any positive reviews for this company may be due solely to a form of commercial blackmail

Arkes London appears a scam devious company. I purchased a coat, wrong colour wrong size. Commnunication with them was awful so i have lost £38 and not got the coat I ordered and paid for.
Avoid at all costs

My jacket arrived within the estimated time, the zip was different to the one presented. Raising the issue with Sasha from the customer services team I found her responsive and found a solution.
TBH there will always be issues when you buy on-line but I look for the way they are managed and resolutions found, great work Sasha

Diabolical. Ordered a pair of men's boots which arrived late in just a black plastic bag. The item looks nothing like the pictures or description, and the quality is very poor. There are significant difficulties in obtaining a refund or even a return label. Avoiding this seller is strongly recommended.

Awful company and not based in the UK.
I have had to fight to get my money back off them after the sizing of the jacket was way off. They had already sent me a second jacket ( the same one ) ? half price, that I did not request but still took the money from my Paypal account.
Over 15 emails to this company and finally had to give up and get Paypal to resolve.
Sizing is very small, they go round the houses and offer you 30% off so save the "return postage "
Obviously not based in London as shouldn't be an issue. Definitely have no concept of giving the customer a full refund.
And I'm guessing Sasha from the London Support Team is probably an AI assistant.

Dreadful. Wrong goods delivered, lowest quality, very cheap and awful to deal with. A scam. Ongoing action being taken by me to obtain a refund and making investigation into the company’s affairs.

I think the whole experience with yourselves has been fantastic,  you have been very understanding and helpful. 

I would totally recommend your services, unfortunately it wasn't right for me but it won't put me off for using your services again in the future. 

Scam, avoid like the plague!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a jacket for my husband the item that arrived was nothing like the one advertised, when asked to return it I was told I would have to pay for its return to China recorded delivery they quoted £20+ for this then I would be charged a restocking fee. They then offered me a 70% refund IF I left a 5* review or a 50% refund with no review needed. I really don’t know how companies can get away with this sort of thing. TOTAL RIP OFF !!!

Would have given 0 stars if I could jacket 4xl was large at best then wanted more money to send me 5xl. AVOID THIS COMPANY

There was nothing wrong with the product only that it did not fit properly, despite this and a late return request on my part , I was still offered a refund so thanks to Arkes customer service for their understanding.

Took about 4 weeks for delivery. Although ordered large it would not even fit my 13 year old . They would send a larger size but wanted £17 to cover costs. There is a reason why these branded goods look too good to be true it’s because it’s not true. Don’t waste your money
