Do not buy from, these lots I've spent over £70 worth of clothes including 2 cargo pants and a utility jacket all which took over 4 weeks to be delivered "based in china" when the order came nothing was accurate too size 99% polyester ,poor customer service and it took them a day to reply to the emails and when asked for a refund was told if have to pay restock fee and or they would charge 40% to get their shi*y product back to china

I bought some pants that took nearly 5 weeks to come and when it came it looks far from what it was described ,horrible quality wasn't even true to the size and when asked for a refund was told that I'd have to leave a positive review otherwise I'd have to pay return fee which would be 30% of the order and a restocking fee.

Disappointed with this company. Jackets didn’t match the description, delivery took forever, and returns are a hassle with a restocking fee and slow responses. Would not recommend

Got the shoes wrapped in the plastic packaging without a box. Small size and very poor quality. Asked for address to return and refund they have offered 30% and keep the shoes. When I have disagreed they have offered 50% but I still have asked for refund and address to return they have disappeared…….

Well…..is it possible to give no stars.
I ordered a jacket for £42 and a 100% Linen shirt for £28.
When the items arrived the first thing I noticed was that neither looked anything like the pictures on the website. The jacket was the wrong colour, the pockets and zips were completely different and the shirt resembled a smock. Both were of appalling quality, the jacket was thin material of poor construction and the 100% linen shirt was 35% cotton and 65% polyester. The shirt has no labelling on it regarding the ‘designer’, neither have any reference to Arkes or London. The sizing of both items was also wrong.
I asked for a full refund and was informed I would have to cover the cost of returns to…China. Long story but after negotiations I had to accept a 50% refund.
I couldn’t get rid of the jacket so gave it a charity shop, good luck selling it. I’ve kept the shirt as a warning to me, family and friends of not to repeat the mistake.

Didn't look like what was advertised but even though I'm still happy with what I received.
Delivery was 2 days later than expected but I'm not going to knock the score down for that reason

I ordered a pair of work utility pants and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. First, the delivery took nearly three weeks, which is far longer than expected. When the pants finally arrived, they looked nothing like the product advertised online—completely different in quality and appearance.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I’d have to pay half the item’s price just to return it, plus an additional restocking fee. That’s completely unreasonable, especially considering the product was not as described.

Overall, very disappointing service and misleading advertising. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Scam!
I ordered a pair of Rildex Utility Pants. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and what arrived was nothing like the advertised product.
The customer service team were quick to respond and offered to replace these with a different pair of trousers. However, considering these are nothing like the product advertised, and their email reply state ‘they are as supplied’. I have asked for a refund as the website states ‘a money back guarantee’ however they are trying to charge me the cost of the return plus a 30% restocking fee!!

DO NOT USE, absolutely scammers. The product advertised on their website looked great but what arrived was nothing like what was advertised, cheap & nasty. I contacted their customer service who tried to palm me off with a part refund and don’t offer free returns.
Don’t waste your money, time or patience on this joke of a company, nothing but scammers, simple as that
