I ordered on 16/05/26 and still have not received the order , I’ve emailed to try and get a full refund , had no feedback and no way of contacting as the website is down

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ordered two pairs of utility trousers, went off their sizing chart & then went a size up for comfort. When the trousers finally arrived ( very long delay) I came to try them on and they wouldn't go beyond my knees. I requested a refund and I would return trousers, but they wanted to charge me another 50% on top of what the trousers cost me. Eventually they came to refunding 30% of order & keep the trousers. NEVER buy from this seller, TOTAL SCAM

Product ordered XL but too small so…
Product ordered XL but too small so returning. More like a Large id say so order one or two sizes bigger. Cost to replace with another size was expensive, i also didn't realise cost of a return. No issues with the Communication received.

Slow service No delivery
Slow service No delivery , said on website low stock if you can order we have it, but when you order it is coming from china not London . Keep sending discount code despite the fact you haven't even had your first delivery, saw the positive reviews and I suspect they are fakes because none of it bares out what I experienced. Said it was out for delivery but then stayed like that for well over two weeks so contacted them and was told must be an issue. Did not resolve so got credit card to claim back the money, would not touch this company with a barge pole Says London based but from experience I don't believe they even have stock in the UK it is being sent from China according to the tracking but never arrives, Nothing but a scam shop from my experience and despite their claims of having the items available to order they clearly don't. I would not advise anyone to buy from here at all

This is not a company to be trusted
The item supplied was a cheap, poor quality imitation of the item advertised. The fabric, style and quality were no consistent with the item that I ordered. The returns policy is quite appalling, they try to offer just 50% refund and you then keep the nasty item supplied. Or insist that you pay for guaranteed return post to the far east, the cost of which is prohibitive. I suspect the return policy scam is ultimatley how they derive their income as the product is worthless. Do not be fooled by the use of the word London in the title. This is not a UK company. Avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Total utter scam
Total utter scam, I purchased a jacket advertised as a vintage cotton jacket, I recieved a cheap polyester copy . When I emailed them to query if they had sent wrong jacket by onest mistake they offered a refund minus 30% admin charge , I sent photos of jacket received and screenshot of jacket advertised to illustrate it was their mistake and either supply the jacket I paid for or provide a refund , they replied saying that the jacket I received is the actual jacket they always send out, which ischeap and nasty and definitely not the jacket advertised ... avoid this company at all costs

Great customer service
The size I ordered didn’t fit so I contacted customer service who offered me a free replacement and to keep the pair I originally ordered and all it cost was postage for new pair.
Their customer service was excellent and so helpful.

Do not buy from these people. Delivery was about 3 weeks (both times). Sizes are too small. Sleeves are far too short. Agreed to take a replacement without sending the original back, but the replacement wasn't much bigger and the sleeves would probably be OK for my teenage daughter. However, the scam is that because I took a different size, they won't give me a refund. So if anyone wants a jacket for someone with very short arms, I have two!! Oh, and the colour isn't the same as it looks like in the picture. So, all in all, don't waste your time.

Bit of a mixed bag because the sizing was a real issue and not clear or obvious. Customer support was confusing to start with but finally I was very pleased with the outcome and the sizing issues was rectified and I'm pleased with the final product.

Bought a green men's jacket in size…
Bought a green men's jacket in size large, I'm 6' tall, average build so large nearly always fits. The item came approx 2-3 weeks later - and the arms of the jacket finished half way up my forearms, the quality is lacking also. The fit is completely wrong, the sizing isn't as advertised.
I emailed the company many times (spoke to Sasha) who became less and less helpful, insisting I take a 50% refund rather than a money back return.
They want to make it as awkward as possible for customers to return the incorrect and inferior goods - they want you to send it back signed recorded mail (they don't send it out that way in the first place), the customer pays for the goods to be returned and restocked - I have to pay the postage and restocking fee should I want to return the item.
Now I'm being blanked and despite asking what the restocking fee is 4 times, I still don't have a response.
The clothes don't come as advertised and you don't get your money back!

Avoid, trousers nothing like advertised.
Trousers I ordered arrived after 3 weeks and they are NOTHING like advertised. They are just cheap trousers I could have bought off Temu for a fraction of the price. I have asked to return them as per their website .. I will wait to see if they respond. Avoid!

Unfortunately rubbish
Unfortunately, took a long time to arrive. Sizing is all wrong and is at least 2 sizes too small. The wrong item was sent and the returns offer is unacceptable. Would not recommend.Here are a few options we can offer to resolve this as smoothly as possible:
A 30% refund, processed right away — no need to send anything back.
Return the product via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once we receive and inspect it to ensure it's unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
A full 100% store credit so you can choose another item or size.
None of these are acceptable as I would like either a full refund or the correct item sent in a reasonable time with a refund as the item is now cheaper.
