This is a sham - cheap Chinese goods received not same as design apart from colour.
Made for some market stall type trader last seen on Only Fools and Horses
Return and refund process is a joke with 30% then 50% offers with cost of return borne by customer. Also mention a restocking fee. The value of the jacket received is peanuts.
Offered a replacement but I would pay postage. Excessive amount.
Same jacket seen on at least 8 different ads - don't go to this company.
Returns address is in China and the company operates under Hong Kong trading regulations which are very very limited.
I am out of pocket for an affordable amount but overall this company and I believe a number of others are almost printing money.

TOP TIP Go into the Terms of Service of companies like this to see correct info on the company and it's basis under UK Trading Standards.

I was disappointed that the jacket I received was not the one I ordered. I contacted the help desk by email and got a quick response from Sasha who has resolved this issue for me.

Do not use this company ,the products take to long to arrive and the sizing is ridiculously small, when you try to return the process ist good deliberately, asking for more payment to return , lesson learnt avoid at all cost .China,s never again

The jacket that I purchased was too small for me though it said it was XL , I text Arkes support to send it back and to get a refund and to my surprise they offered me a replacement jacket which I stupidly refused as the jacket was of good quality , they offered me a couple of other alternatives which I didn’t want , Sasha the support person that help me on the matter was very patient and very helpful, in the end I got a refund, I would definitely recommend Arkes London to anyone. Absolutely disgusted with the product (jacket). Too small, arms too short, supposed to be XL but it wouldn’t zip up properly. Got in touch won’t give money back it has to be credit but l still have to pay for it to be sent back. I wish l had read these reviews before l purchased. One star is too good for them, it should be minus.

The slick adverts couldn't be further from reality. I bought the Denvera Vintage Cotton Jacket, but a very poor quality, different looking, synthetic jacket with Chinese branding (eventually) arrived.
When I requested a refund, I was offered a replacement, if I returned the original and paid for Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery.
After 14 email exchanges, the best they would offer me was a 70% refund if I gave them, a 4 star review (and I could keep the rubbish jacket I don't want).
Do not believe any positive reviews about Arkes London.

Ordered a large jacket unfortunatly it was more like a small.quality of product seemed o.k.contacted the company who returned my email very quickly .there was a number of emails thereafter which were always returned very quickly.the customer service is excellent.

Had a couple on issues with my online order but was all sorted with Sasha from the London Support Team. Together we reached to a satisfactory resolution.

I've recently received my Rildex Tactical Pants, they're just what I was looking for, great quality and value for money, sizing was a bit small so going forward I will order a size or two above stated sizes, mine have been replaced for a larger size with a minimum of fuss and attentive communication.

Had an issue with sizing which was sorted quickly and efficiently. The garment was good quality.

Do not buy BROOKVALE TIMELESS LEATHER BOOT if you are wanting leather boots. They are made of cheap synthetic materials and are a disappointing purchase, nothing like the photos. Arrived with no box, just the shipping plastic bag. Avoid!

After sales was excellent regarding a return (wrong size). Easy and efficient communication. Products were as expected.

If I could give lower than one star I would. I'm agreeing with all the comments regarding wrong jacket supplied, nothing like photos in adverts. Refund option is terrible and I'm sure legally they must offer a full refund but the effort of taking that forward doesn't make it worth it. So I am not i n the habit of writing reviews but if this stops anyone else from making the mistake of using this company then that will be worth it. They say they are a UK company but the products are Chinese and poor quality too.

The product I received was nothing like the one advertised. Different materials, Poor quality. I have tried their customer service but they only offer a partial refund and want me to pay to return the item. My best advice to anyone considering buying from Arkes London, don’t do it. Don’t throw your money away.

I feel I should put the record straight regarding my experience purchasing a Denvera jacket. I received the jacket and it looked ok in terms of overall fabric and stitching. I ordered large and and it was tight on the chest, the sleeves were 5 inches short. When I messages Arkes London, still don't know they call the company that, other than to tell customers it's a British based company, the response to my request for a refund was order another jacket at 30% discount,I asked again for a refund a better discount on another jacket was offered, eventually they gave me a return address in China and said I would have to use Royal Mail Special tracked delivery ( probably cost more than the jacket ) They then offered a partial refund three times, 30% then 50% I asked for 75% being prepared to cut my losses they came back with a counter offer of 70% with a conditional I gave them a 5 Star review. I took this offer as I was getting no where with it all, just thought I would let you know what kind of company you could be dealing with.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole, I ordered leather Boots they looked great in the photo BUT they were cheap nasty uncomfortable not leather they wouldn't except returns or send a returns label, Leave them well alone 👎🤬
