So this company has scammed me out of…
So this company has scammed me out of nearly £300 today . They have told me that I have placed £4.50 bet per spin when in fact the actual game won’t allow me to play over £1.50 per spin . I’ve tried to explain all this in emails to them and sent them the screenshots it’s like they are not even looking at the screenshots I’m sending as proof to show the game will not allow me to play more than £1.50 per spin . The following is one of the emails I’ve sent them . I’ve tried to get you to see what I am trying to explain I have screenshots that show I cannot spend more than £1.50 in one spin on that game . Secondly I’ve been trying to tell you that there is something wrong with your system because not only has my funds been swiped but when I log into my account on the homepage my balance shows as 55p but then when I go into that particular game I have been playing it shows that my balance is at 18p. I have tried again and again to explain to you that the game will not allow me to spend more than £1.50 in one spin and the screenshots I have show that . If you look at this screenshot where the + would usually be highlighted for the bet to go higher it isn’t highlighted like the - is to put the bet down . Now if you are going to carry on dismissing the information I am showing you I will have no choice but to take this matter further and will put a further complaint to the uk gambling commission and leave all this information on trust pilot. It’s only a few hundred pounds but it’s the matter of you’re doing this to me who else have you conned out of money like that .image0.png
