Absolute shocking site
Absolute shocking site! Deposited £400 over one day and not one bonus on spins I do £2 a spin and you’re winning literally nothing apart from the odd £2/£3 couldn’t even win anything to withdraw. The site just eats you’re money!

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your recent gameplay experience, and we understand how frustrating it can feel when luck simply isn’t on your side.
We would like to clarify that all games available at Rose Casino are supplied by fully licensed and independently tested providers, and outcomes – including wins, losses and bonus triggers – are completely random. As a UK Gambling Commission regulated casino, Rose Casino has no ability to influence or control the results of spins or the frequency of bonus features, and we do not alter or adjust gameplay for any individual player. We fully acknowledge that losing sessions can happen, especially on higher-volatility games, but this does not reflect any manipulation or wrongdoing.
As we cannot confirm from this review whether you are an existing customer, we would welcome the opportunity to look into your experience further if you would like to contact us directly. Our support team can review your gameplay history, explain volatility and return-to-player (RTP) information, and provide guidance on tools to help manage your play if needed.
Please feel free to reach out to us at support@rosecasino.com and we will be happy to assist.
Thank you again for your feedback.
Warm regards

100% match first deposit so deposit £20 receive £5
The 2 different agents I had live online chat with seemed nice and I would have given then 5/5 but I actually didn’t get what was advertised and more blames for the fualt than understanding the simple mistake , it said register and they’ll match the deposit 100% and me being new to casinos. I didn’t realise it had to be done in one ago as a previous deposit I made on another casino went from my account but didn’t show in my casino balance so I did £10 and instantly it was in my balance and I deposited the other £10 to make £20 deposit before I even changed page , it said £20 deposit but didn’t give me any bonus and the agents instead of understanding they said because I deposited in x2 separate £10s it didn’t count as depositing £20 as first deposit , ok I have to except it but the. Found same casino advertising the same but with minimum £10 and he said it’s something like a 3rd party site at one point I sent him a screenshot on the actual casinos promotion page so he give me £5 good will gesture , I’m grateful for it but I don’t really gamble expecting to win I play for a bit of fun to kill off some time and basically lost 75% first time deposit bonus

Hi Martin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that your first experience did not meet expectations. We fully understand how the situation around the first deposit bonus could have been confusing, especially for a new player, and we appreciate you explaining what happened in detail.
To clarify, as stated in the promotion terms, the 100% first deposit bonus applies to the very first single deposit made after registration. Because the deposit was completed in two separate £10 transactions instead of one £20 transaction, our system was unable to automatically trigger the bonus. We understand that this may not have been clear at the time, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused.
We are pleased to hear that our support team were friendly and offered a goodwill gesture, but we also recognise that your experience could have been handled more smoothly. Your feedback has been passed on so we can improve clarity and communication going forward.
If you would like us to review your account further, or if you have any questions about future promotions, please get in touch with us directly at support@rosecasino.com
. We would be happy to help.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope we have the chance to provide a more positive experience next time.
Warm regards
