If I had the option to give no stars I would... DO NOT buy from this company it seems no one is even working there at the moment YET they still happily take your money! Luckily I was able to get mine back through my amazing bank, but these people are scammers and have no intention of filling out any order! I tried to contact them on 4 separate platforms and not one reply! 3 weeks since ordering and no item! Absolutely disgusting, these people should be ashamed of themselves!

Purchased a knitted easter bunny in a personalised wooden egg. What arrived was a painted plastic egg that was damaged and empty - no bunny. Best is that I paid express shipping for it to take more than a month to arrive. I am still waiting for feedback from them.

Rosesouvenir. Repeat of other reviewers. Order was made weeks late, arrived too late for Christmas, product looks cheap (and was not cheap) and not really what it looked in the pics (but enough detail that I can’t really say it’s totally botched). Terrible customer service. The reviews I looked before I purchased were good. What a scam!

Will wait to see if I get my $$ back and filing a complaint with the BBB - so sick of these fly by night companies😢😢😢and they don’t care about customer service at all!!!

My daughter ordered a rose bear for my birthday last month. It has never arrived and the company have not responded to any messages. Really disappointed and she's devastated that she was probably scammed from her little bit of money.

Item never received. Ordered for next day delivery and been over a month. Scam. stay away

Do not use this company. Zero response to customer service. My husband bought a gift which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the product was faulty, some of the glue from the roses had stuck to the roof of the lid so when opening all of the lid ripped and the flowers were ruined. We have tried 3 different customer service email addresses, Facebook messenger and Instagram multiple times over the past 3 weeks to request a refund and have had no response. They are expensive too so it's a lot of money lost.

what i received did not look like the picture at all and was cheap, small, and basic. Surprised they even bothered to send anything, complete garbage. 100% scam site. Tried contacting them however they are only interested in the perception of having customer service. Responses make no sense and do not amount anything

Got a gift for valentines in February and it’s May and still hasn’t arrived. Tried to get in contact with them and still haven’t got any response. My order was 6065

0 star but there’s no option .
They just ignore your email and instagram dm .

Sent wrong necklace. Also tangled and knotted on arrival and I’m unable to unknot after 30min trying. Supposed refund guarantee but I’ve emailed several times as well as messaged on Instagram and Facebook. No response! Just pop up, sell cheap rubbish on Valentines day at higher price and then go dark.

The deliver was delayed, so i made serval attempts to contact them and after a week still no response.
I had been warned but I thought that experience may have been exclusive the them but i was very wrong

I Ordered a Rose Bear for a birthday gift it got delivered in time but the Package was damaged and I now somehow have to make a box myself I'm not Happy with the service I should of got what I ordered.

They're leaving fake good reviews. They are scammers everyone!!!!!!! Scammers. Take your money and don't send you anything. All the good reviews are from fake accounts. They are scammers avoid them! There follow up message is a lie they're scammers do not trust them you've been warned. They will steal your money. Look at all the bad reviews on here. They're thieves. They take your money and ignore you and you have to go to the bank for it back (in reply to your reply! What are you talking about! I bought a rose in a glass dome from you and I never received it. I had to go to my bank to get the transaction cancelled. I can prove it with the screen shots of my orfer and my bank transaction. What a joke of a company! You are a scam website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!)

Most likely a scam. I have not received my order or any contact from the company even though i ordered in january. Awful service
