Company is a scam. Do NOT trust the product photos! They stole product images from an Etsy shop called Harp & Jax and used them on their website without permission!!!

I ordered a guitar strap for my grandson for Christmas.it was supposed to be brown leather with his name vertically inscribed.when it came it was orange with his name very small and horizontally inscribed.i sent a pic like they suggested.they only want to give me 15% reimbursement.i sent a message today saying they should replace it with what I ordered since they sent toe wrong thing! No response yet! I received it about a week ago.i've had 4 conversation emails with them.

I purchased a desk name acrilic name plate for my partner. Yes I did not read the actual size of how big it was but from the picture on their site they made it look bigger that the item I ordered.The size is 4 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches I paid $34 for this crap. DO NOT PURCHASE from them

I ordered a personalized ornament. The writing is impossible to read. Unacceptable, I cannot give this as a gift. I contacted customer service and they offered 5% compensation and argued that the font/script was correct. Company unwilling to remake or refund.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.
1st ring was messed up, crosses upside down, my crest was upside down and the letters were crowded.
2nd ring, supposedly the make up EVEN WORSE. ALMOST AS IF THEY WERE SHOWING ME they didnt care what i paid for or wanted. So very DISGUSTED- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE THINGS BEING DONE RIGHT.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.FOR ANYTHING THEY ADVERTISE...........NOTHING.

Initially things went well.
Ordered UV transfers for golf balls.
Item arrived and would not work, ink would not transfer. Emailed them and initially replied promptly asking for photos so they could help. They then said it was stickers not transfers.
Obviously not as advertised and I requested a refund or correct item to be send. They removed the item from their site and said the item wasn’t faulty so I could return the item (international shipping at my cost) and receive a 70% refund or keep the item for a 50% refund.
I rejected and since that my emails have not been replied too so having to do a chargeback.

I ordered a cute crochet little bunny that sat in a lovely little wooden egg. What I got was an ugly cheap and nasty thin plastic cream two toned egg with nothing in it!!!! I had to negotiate to get a refund, they initially wanted to only give me a 50% refund NOT including shipping, after many emails I insisted on a 100% refund as the item was NOTHING like the picture of the item I ordered but they still didn’t include the refund for shipping!
Makes me never want to buy online again!
