Superb customer service, super fast VPS server

I usually end up transferring hosts every few years just to find something more affordable. I went with RoseHosting because of the price, but the services they included that others use as expensive addons. Not only did my transfer go smoothly for the first time in years, but they communicated without me needing to prompt them for communication. This is the first and only time that I wasn't completely stressed out by a transfer and for that reason I will be staying put.

I absolutely love Rose Web Hosting. They have some of the best VPS Hosting servers and the best security. With other hosting companies, I continually experienced downtime and security issues with them. NOT with Rose Web Hosting, I have never had any of those concerns.

The other thing that sets them apart from others, is their supreme Support. There is nothing that the Rose Web Hosting support team will not help you out with. Other hosting companies, have extremely long wait times via Live Chat and/or email. At times I would wait a whole day to a support response. Rose Web Hosting, responds almost immediately. Their VPS is awesome! Fast and efficient. My site now purrrrrrrs! They migrated the site and DB within a couple of hours. When it wasn't working after migration they were with me all day into the night until it finally worked. in 15 years of doing this no one else has responded like that. And their price is great!

I purchased a managed Linux hosting plan and received fast and stellar customer service from day one. RoseHosting not only migrated all of the sites from the old host but they did it fast, like really fast. RiseHostinf also matched all of the previous configurations and got me up and running in less than two hours. My hats of to this awesome company.

After countless efforts with my previous host to help me manage my server I decided that change is inevitable. I carefully searched and read reviews (including here) and the thing that puzzled me is how I cannot find a single bad review for Rosehosting.
I told my server requirements and service expectations to one of their representatives and he ensured me that everything about them is top notch. He also told me that my data will be migrated free of charge and they will configure my server according to my needs.
I signed up and as I come close to two months with them as customer, my server administration issues have disappeared. I can now rely on my web host, the way it should be.

i have to admit that after trying with different hosts over the years had disappointed me in the online hosting industry, untill i stumbled upon rose hosting, these guys just rock, you just as a question and they will respond with the solution installed ready and done, i mean it really takes you by surprise because that was the next step you would ask them to do.
