I ordered a 50th birthday certificate on 31st march and I'm still waiting. They have taken the money, I've emailed them numerous time's but they haven't answered. I've ordered from these before and had no problem. But I won't be using them again.

I ordered something on 25th July as a recommendation but have not received anything to date. I have even tried to email them with an update. Very poor! I just want my money back which is £30!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Waited 3 weeks for delivery before chasing, was apologised to and said would be dispatched that day. Still not received so asked for tracking number, no response so asked for refund. Wish I had checked the reviews on here before buying they are obviously scammers or grossly incompetent and running a business.

Bad customer service!

Placed two orders in two days. First order came as schaeduled. As for the second order... Nothing!
No reponse to emails. So I have no idea where my order is, or if I will ever get it. However, they were quick to take the payment for the order, but with no replies to emails, I can't even get a refund. I can't afford to waste money like this. So extremely disappointed and infuriated by the whole situation.
I would advise people to shop elsewhere if they do not want to be let down.

⚠️🛑 PLEASE READ 🛑⚠️ Order placed with rosiesworld over 15 weeks ago. Initial follow up messages / emails were filled with broken promises. Most recent messages have been completely ignored. Comments on Instagram posts are turned off to hide the incompetence, any comments I did add have been deleted and I’ve now been blocked so have no way of chasing the order. Is anyone else having issues with their order? Any advice on how to get an honest update. This was a special gift for a 1st birthday which is now embarrassingly late… have we been scammed? ⚠️🛑

I purchased a wooden toy box

I purchased a wooden toy box , it was in my daughters room never really used as it has books in it for when she is older - I noticed all the glue in the fabric lid was coming off causing the foam and fabric to come off - I emailed explaining as surely to keep the fabric tight you would use staples etc - the rudeness and attitude that was replied was laughable really ! Over priced and NOT buliy to last poor quality

I have the messages from you telling me
To go to hobby craft and get glue !!!! So you do or did sell them with a glued top !!!!

This is not a fake review ! Trying to get it taken down., I have emailed the conversation to trust pilot !

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! I ordered through Instagram in July and didn’t hear anything from the business (not even confirmation) so I chased my order during august. The lady running the business had been poorly which explains why the order was delayed which was fine but when she answered she told me my order was ready to be dispatched. It’s now 2 months since I ordered and I still haven’t received my item. No updates on it unless I chase. There are lots of similar businesses on Etsy, do not purchase from this one.

Avoid this company their customer service is awful 3 emails to ask where my order is no response when I said on the next one I should have read reviews first I got an immediate response asking what ones I read not about my order and their answer to it was to cancel my order and refund AVOID AVOID

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from here as they are all true. They are a small family business as they claim regularly but cannot produce what they advertise. Maybe they take on too much. They do not respond to emails as they say they prefer to concentrate on the orders and give no updates. I ordered a dress up station. Instead of straw drawers with rose pattern lining I got 2 fold down cloth drawers. No garlands and no hangers were provided. One excuse for the 6 week wait was that the order was with the seamstress… for what? It’s very telling that they prioritise going through the feedback and have loads of time to write lengthy reply’s but have no customer service . I spent £165 ( all in including postage) for a flat packed item with cheap storage that I could have bought in B&M bargains for under £50 . My daughter bought the mirror at the same time and no baskets were delivered either. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone but if you are still interested then book now for a Christmas delivery

I am sorry you were not happy with your purchases, it’s very disappointing to read your review. Our seamstress works very hard and the basket inserts are always made beautifully. We do state on the website that the Dress Station and baskets will arrive separately- we also advise that the item is flat packed. Please see the website for further information. Great small business!

I have bought small items from Rosie's World in the past and I wasn't disappointed this time. Lovely toy chest with a beautiful floral cushion. The chest arrived as a flat pack but was so easy to put together. Great product, easy ordering and excellent customer care.

Poor quality. Not worth the money.

My Grandmother recently purchased two toy chests for my children as presents. I have followed Rosie’s World for years and was so so pleased when my grandmother decided to gift the boxes to them.
Two of the cushion top chests with delivery come in a quite a substantial figure for a normal family like us.
We were made aware the dispatch time would be quite lengthy when we ordered them however after a few emails chasing them they were kindly delivered personally by one of the Rosie’s world team when we gave up waiting and asked for a refund.
Initially I was really happy with the toy boxes as they are very nice to look at however I did feel slightly disappointed with the quality.
After a couple of weeks of having the toy chests one of the sides started coming off and when I contacted the Rosie’s world team the response was prompt however as they were assembled by them I feel like the quality of the product really spoke for its self.
Quite honestly I feel really disappointed with the toy chests as I feel like I bought into a small family business yet the company seems to have grown so much over the years they’ve really lost their charm for us and are more interested in quantity of orders rather than quality.
It’s like someone has stuck my children’s names on some very cheap toy boxes and attached a lovely cushion on the top. Which to be honest. Is something I could have done myself.
I wish I had seen some of the poor reviews before my grandmother purchased them for my children.

Again the customer service was great for us however it was a shame that we needed it. the quality of the product is 1000% not worth the money.

Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t want anyone else to feel how I do.

Our cushions are professionally bespoke, handmade and we use top quality fabrics. All lettering is painted by hand and then professionally sprayed. Shocking customer service

Nice products but
Big Shame about the terrible customer service
Never reply (read your messages and don’t reply regarding your order) for weeks,then if they decide to reply it’s just excuses of why you haven’t received your products yet constantly updating Instagram promoting there products/payments and how busy they are.. you don’t get emails or text message to update you of your order either you have to physically ask them to which you get nothing..
Ordered a couple of things on separate occasions first one being near Christmas time so give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a few years later..and been in the same boat both times..waited over the 6 week time period and still waiting..I will NOT ever order from ‘rosies world’ again.

I can’t even begin to explain how bad this company is, I would give 0 stars if trust advisor would let me. Worst customer service I have ever came across.

A few people I know had bought items from Rosies World and I always thought they looked lovely. So when I looked them up, I was really happy to find out it was a small family business. I try and buy as many items as possible from family run businesses.

I Placed an order on November 29th 2019. I understood that the order wouldn’t be started until January 2020 with Christmas being such a busy time. The website stated 8 weeks turn around, so I thought Ok, maybe March time. This was absolutely fine.

March came and passed and I’d received nothing. So on the 8th of April I sent my first email, and received absolutely no reply. On the 24th of April I chased up my first email with a second and was told they’d be up to date with orders by the end of May. The end of May came and surprise surprise no email or toy box. I waited until the 7th of June before chasing it for a third time, this time I said if it wasn’t dispatched with in a fortnight I wanted a full refund. I was told that it was ready (magically) and would be dispatched the very next day. As you can probably guess we’re now on the 12th of June and the item still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve emailed twice more since the 7th of June and had absolutely no reply. Meaning all in all I’ve emailed 5 times!!!

The list of excuses is endless, and while I appreciate this is a hard time for everyone at the moment, especially those with children. This is not the way to run a business. I do not appreciate being lied to.

The fact that they are also still advertising for new orders and creating discount codes when they are no where near caught up on orders from a previous YEAR blows my mind.
