Horrendous company. They can’t even box a simple order without lots of parts missing. Even worse customer service as they wouldn’t even acknowledge their error. Avoid at all cost.

Bought garden chairs from them for very good price and surprisingly good quality. Delivered in a few days. So they did very well.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Do not even entertain the idea of associating yourself in any way with this company . I have been trying to return something for weeks. Lack of response and four seemingly bogus collection notifications later and I still have the bulky item taking up room I don't have. Waited in four times with no sign of a DPD delivery van. Just don't even think about bothering to get what might seem like a bargain!

this company is a joke i ordered through debenhams online and received some chairs but the chairs had missing parts do you think i can get hold of anyone to return the items i have waited over 3 weeks just to get an email to say i had to send the original email again as they had lost the email i sent this company is a disgrace and should not be trading i am so annoyed this has been going on so long and still no joy call them selves a limited company they should be closed down customer service is shocking avoid getting stuff delivered by this company

I have to give credit as I was concerned with reviews . But the chairs were beautiful and they were beautiful I ordered the velvet chairs in yellow. Thank you MCC my chairs are here for Christmas very happy 🙏 thank you for getting back to me with delivery information and replying to emails. I ordered through mano mano who were also fantastic .

Please do not purchase anything from MCC DIRECT COMPANY,I returned the items through Sheins own return process and Can't get a refund for the items,They will steal yor money they don't answer messages and the support number they provide is a BOGUS contact number which does not exist so please do not order anything if you have to return anything for a refund you are screwed,Wished i would have checked there ratings via via google first because they are a bad company.

Order a set of four Faux dining chairs. The company sent two dining if the wrong product. Tried ringing their tel number but invalid number and have emailed them twice but no response. My only option is to go to their address - will confirm how I can on. Very disappointed. I would not advise people to use this company.

That one star is me being sarcastic. Nightmare company. Again even after being assured re delivery today 2/10/25 and delivery site claiming an attempt was made whilst I’m home proves this is some sort of scam on behalf of mcc_outlet.

I would give a 0 star if it was possible, absolutely disgusting diabolical (I’d say customer service) but there isn’t ANY customer service !! I’ve been emailing at least 3-4 times a for the past 5 weeks to get a sofa which I bought from Debenhams collected so I can get a refund. They’ve given 5 different dates and no one turns up. There’s no way to speak with them or Debenhams only through email and no one responds, I would never ever buy anything from these companies again !
There’s sofa is still sitting in my home uncollected I’m at my wits end now and don’t know where to turn. My only option now is Citizens advice or trading standards.
STEER CLEAR FROM THESE

If only I could give a zero star.
I purchased an MCC Orlando cot from Ali express in June. A damaged cot was sent unfortunately, and I filed for a return/refund which took them so many times to respond. After going back and forth I was offered a partial refund of £23+ to accept the damage cot that was how inconsiderate they were but I wouldn't risk my own child's health for money or whatsoever that won't happen in my life history. Afterwards I returned and paid for the shipping fee as requested that I will be refunded. We've been on the refunding issue for days now they just kept fooling me around after explaining baby was due for delivery soon and I needed to put things in place. Ali express has been trying to protect MCC outlet at the expense of their customers' satisfaction.

Bought a trampoline from them on Amazon. Trampoline broke after 4 months only. No returns or money back.

If it was possible to give Zero stars, this company would get it.
Delivered a cheaper item than the one ordered, would not uplift/ swap simultaneously to ensure I had the correct item. Regularly only responded once in 24 hours and sometimes once in 48hrs.
Ultimately I was issued a refund ( didn't want it, I wanted the correct item) and told to re-order.
Very neat, in the time wasted these items had been increased in price by £15-20!
Never ever deal with them. I am a disabled pensioner and absolutely no thought was given to my welfare: and of course no compensation for my my really stressful experience.
Of course when I intimated I would be charging storage, I had a response within two hours!
Terrible service.

recently purchased their Maximus heavy duty 3m x 3m gazebo with sides through a reseller (B&Q) and as a gazebo i can complain, its well made, waterproof and easy enough for one person to erect and collapse, however.... unlike every other gazebo supplier MCC do not do spares or replacement parts for their items, so the (wind) damaged side panel will remail like it until I figure something else out which for an expensive item that has the potential of being damaged by use or weather means I will need to purchase a whole other one just to replace one panel, i would have even been happy being told who they manufacture it with to order a replacement but just a blanket response... we don't do spares.

I just tried to get through to Ageas‘s car insurance and somehow got put through to this company. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He wasn’t very gentle at all. He was very argumentative very rude. He actually shouted down the phone to me. Told me this conversation was not productive and disconnected the call. I would not recommend the service at all. I’ll give it a rating 2 out of 10 not even two a one out of 10 two too generous horrible people very aggressive Especially if you’re in a stressful situation the last service you want to use

I ordered 4 chair's of these people on the Debenhams website, they took £194.97 out of my account and then decided to cancel them.

We ordered a racing car bed for my grandson birthday It still hasn’t turned up We have contacted Yodel many times and get a different answer each time we have contacted mcc now and asked for a refund both mcc and yodel have messed us about and my poor grandson is sleeping on a mattress on the floor disgusting treatment

Ordered a chair, arrived with mark on it. Trying to return via Amazon but instructions from MCC Direct are unclear. Phone number given does not connect. They do not appear to answer emails. Avoid these cowboys.

Update, got an email stating I could have a partial refund and keep the chair or send back for full refund. Fair enough, I took the refund. I'll update the score when my refund appears.

Wrong item sent and no way to contact the company as phone number does not connect. Charged £9 for postage just to have a useless product arrive. Ordered via Amazon who give them 48 hours to reply but the correct item is needed within 48 hours.

They use price discrimination eg for the same sofa, they charge around £285 at Debenhams, around £250 at B&Q and around £220 on Temu. Terrible customer service. They also marked an item as despatched when Yodel confirmed it had not physically entered their delivery network... AVOID!!!
