I have ordered about 3-4 necklaces already from rosoki jewelry . They are the best necklace purchases I’ve ever made. They do not turn green, or give skin rash, you can shower with them, wear them for a fancy or a casual event. I love them & will be ordering again very soon!

I rate this a 3 star just due to the fact that the chains that came with my products were extremely short and I ordered 2 English letter necklaces and I ordered letters “A” and “L” the “A” came out amazing. But the letter “L” came out looking extremely ugly

Rosoki has great quality necklaces. I shower with it all the time and it has never changed color. The writing on the necklace is beautifully done. The shipment is the fastest but its definitely worth the wait !

It has been over two months since the necklace was ordered for my daughter's birthday. It said it might take 2-4 weeks. I have had one reply saying they would update me and I have had no update a week on. I am obviously worried that I will never receive the necklace which cost £30. I have just asked for a refund.

It might take some time before you receive your order (with the pandemic, it’s totally understandable!), but when you do receive them they are perfect!! I bought necklaces for me and my friend, and I love walking around with my name around my neck! And the style of the necklace is so beautiful! Definitely would recommend! Simply elegant and a statement piece! And if you have questions or any problems their Instagram gives quick responses and guidance!

I’ve waited 10 months to write a review for couple necklaces I ordered to ensure I still liked them and I gotta say, I have no complaints!

The polish is lovely, the clasps have held up perfectly and the plating hasn’t tarnished or irritated my sensitive skin at all - I’ve even showered and slept in my necklaces.

Shipping took a month or two from the initial order, but I ordered custom names.

I get them in different colours and fonts in my cats’ names and they’re so cute! Looking forward to getting more!

I had an old one that broke so I went and bought a new one and let me just say I am in love! Love it!!! The font is perfect and really cool!

I ordered two custom necklaces from this company, I was really hesitant after reading all of the negative reviews. I had placed my order on 8th of July and received it on the 2nd of August. The necklaces did not disappoint and were completely worth the wait! During the process at 2 weeks I also reached out to Rosoki and they replied within 24 hours. So happy with this experience will definitely order again!

Ordered two necklaces back in May, one of which was a custom piece that takes up to 4 weeks to create. Till this day, I haven’t heard anything from Rosoki concerning the necklaces and when they will be shipped. Contacted them multiple times through Insta DM and email and each time got the exact same, automatically generated response. At this point I just want my money back. Definitely don’t order from this website, cause it’s a scam.

I made an order for 2 necklaces on 23 April and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them multiple times through email, through their “contact us” section on their website, and through DM on IG and I only received feedback at most twice. At this point, I just want a refund. I understand COVID made things hectic but it just seems like if I don’t stay on top of them, my order will fall by the wayside. I truly understand why people say they think Rosoki is a scam. It doesn’t help that nobody is keeping in contact or at least making contact with you in regards to your order on top of it going on 3 months since I made my order.

I don’t recommend wasting your money on this company. I found these people on Instagram and I’m not going to lie one thing I like about this company is that they are affordable and consistently have sales but the customer service is horrible. I placed an order April 6,2021 and received it on June 21,2021. If it wasn’t for me consistently emailing, messaging and staying on top of my order it probably would’ve still be in transit. They never seem to have accurate information on your order, and they don’t have a number so if you have questions you have to email or dm on ig which then you have to wait a couple days for a response and it’s not like you know if it’s an automatic response or if someone who is actually taking there time to help you. Not only did I have to go back and forth and having to find someone to help me out when the order finally came the necklace was broken. I’m actually very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

SCAM. Worst company I have ever dealt with ordered necklaces months ago and still no sign of them or even an update on whether they have been dispatched. I have emailed repeatedly and messaged on social about my necklaces and I’m repeatedly told that they will get back to me with an update and they never do. I asked for a refund and I get nothing back. So upset, handed over 40 euro for nothing but stress.

They shipped me what I ordered. I’m definitely buying again.

I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this. The jewellery is high quality and has a significant weight and size to it. it sits beautifully on me and came much quicker than I was expecting. I bought one gold one and one silver one. Both are absolutely stunning and I will definitely be returning and I would suggest the same for anyone considering purposing this gorgeous necklace.

I ordered 2 necklaces almost 3 months ago and I still haven’t received anything.
They said that my order got lost on its way but I actually never had any information about the necklaces being sent.
When I asked them for a refund, they told me they didn’t offer refund for lost parcels. It must be convenient for them since their customers orders seem to get lost a lot.
I guess I just offered them 40€ for a bad service and no necklace.

Im not even joking, the wait was long but the payout was worth it. I love my new necklaces and I can’t wait to wear them out. Prior to this order, I bought a zodiac necklace and it hasn’t rusted, turned brown, doesn’t turn my neck green. I definitely did not expect such good quality :) 4/5
