Rotary Watches Avis 

My first Rotary watch was purchased for me 37 years ago as a gift from my husband on birth of our son. Never in 37 years did my watch give any trouble, until last year. I tried to get it repaired local jewellers without much luck. So I thought about getting a cheapie watch to tide me over until I could invest in another Rotary. This one I purchased was in my sight about six months or so. Finally I was in position to buy. I just love this watch. Although the watch face is not as small as my original ( I have very slim wrists ) it’s clear blue face and gold time markings are just right for me now ( sight going as I age) the navy strap fits fine. I’m so glad that I made this purchase who knows I might get another 37 years from this too.

Speedy delivery, good packaging, like the watch but the expanding bracelet looks cheap/blingy - it isn't just looks like it is.

I love Rotary watches. The new one I've just purchased (a men's chronograph watch) has a lovely orange dial. It came super quick and the price was amazing as well.

Battery has run out already. Only had it a few weeks
Contacted customer services last week who immediately sent me a return label so I can send watch back for an investigation.
Watch already on its way back to repair centre.

Very nice design, but real bad quality. In 4 years, my both watches don’t work anymore … I will not buy them anymore

The product looked like it has been used before, packaging was very bad as the box itself looked old and you could wipe dust from it. I was very disappointed when i received the packaging a product of £219 and it looked like i have been scammed.

No instruction manual. Sent an email. No reply. Phoned up. Was told someone would phone. They haven't. Emailed again. Still no reply. Poor customer service.

Super fast delivery, good price

I flagged a fault with my watch on the day I received it, and over a month later, I'm still waiting for a refund.

Their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced—slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. I’ve had to chase constantly for updates, only to be met with silence or canned responses. After weeks of back and forth, they finally suggested a repair… after I'd already notified them that I no longer want their products and simply want my money returned to me.

At this point, it's about principle. A brand that refuses to take swift responsibility for its own defective products doesn't deserve your money. It’s clear that once you’ve paid, you’re on your own.

The watch itself looked great, which makes this even more frustrating. But there are other brands (Seiko, Citizen, Orient) that make automatic watches without dragging you through a refund nightmare.

I won’t be buying from Rotary again. Ever.
