The delivery was made well within the allotted timeframe. It was handled faultlessly and quickly; the two-man team was polite and helpful and demonstrated how the sofa bed operated, and unusually, took away all the packaging they had removed!
The sofa bed was well-packaged, in pristine condition and is all I had hoped for.

Another faultless transaction with these guys - their customer service is absolutely AMAZING! Highly recommended.

Getting a delivery date was difficult. Rather than offer a single date to reply to, why not offer available dates from a calendar, like most companies?
However, when a suitable date was eventually found, the delivery was within time expected but above all the two gentlemen who delivered were very pleasant, professional and washed hands to ensure fabric was not smudged. They could not have been more helpful so five stars to them! Makes all the difference. Thank you

As Deliveries go and I’ve had many bulk items delivered, this one was almost comically amateurish, if it wasn’t so disappointingly and frustratingly real.

Two guys turning up in a Luton Van to deliver 3 large boxes of average weight almost 100kg each, with nothing but a two wheel Trolley and what could only be described as a four wheel skateboard.

Despite the fact I did my best to find out how many boxes, sizes and weights and warn ROUTE 1 GROUP Fulfilment/Logistics ‘Going the extra Mile’ that we were in an Estate down a narrow 70yds lane, with no curb and no turning, they turned up with no way of getting the items bought to my house.

I was hoping they would at least be able to get the boxes through my gate and safely to the side of the house, but I could see straight away it was going to stay on the street in plain sight and in the way.

In fact they maintained they were only obliged to drop the boxes out of the Van onto my driveway and directly behind my car!

It took some careful and patient negotiation to get them to move the boxes out of the way to the side of the driveway and they only managed to do that because I had to help them.

The boxes would also have been laid out haphazardly if I hadn’t asked them to please stack them, like they were in the Van.

They argued they do not have a Forklift, which begs the question ‘how did they expect to get the boxes OUT of the Van if a Forklift was required to lift them IN !?

They also would not consider taking all the bulky packaging away with them.

So much for the ROUTE 1 moto ‘Going the extra Mile’ which should probably be changed to ‘Don’t give an inch’ or something similar.

It really was like being part of a ‘Faulty Towers’ or ‘Only Fools and Horses’ sketch and NO, I certainly won’t be able to recommend Route 1 Group Fulfilment/Logistics ‘Going the extra Mile’ because they do not life up to their own company name, moto or ethos and certainly do not know the meaning of any of the words in their grand name.

Staggeringly amateurish and incompetent in this day and age !

Sofa bed delivered. The staircase was a bit tight for delivery but the delivery men took it apart and carried it up in smaller sections. Then they WASHED THEIR HANDS before unwrapping it and assembling it. Very impressed with service and product. Comprehensive demonstration on using it paying particular attention to safety.

Arrangement of delivery and contact prior to arrival were good. However, from the minute they arrived they seemed determined not to deliver my sofabed which had to go into a room a couple of metres from the front door. Despite the doorways being larger than the stipulated width they kept saying they couldn't do it. I had even phoned W&H to check that it would fit before I ordered it and was told there would be no problem. Having previously moved a sofa out of the room it was obvious that all they had to do was to bring it straight through the front door then turn it on it's end to move it through the door into the room. Something after much persuasion they eventually did. They said they had years of experience delivering sofas but this was not evident. A very negative approach and a stressful experience. Would put me off ordering another item from W&H if it was delivered by the same people.

Easy ordering, kept up to date on process and delivery was smooth, delivery men were efficient and extremely polite.

Ordered 2 sofas the same - 2 different sofas were delivered. Still waiting a suitable resolution. Pretty certain it won't de done without hassle.

We had a delivery scheduled using Route 1, this was a sofa delivery. Previously we have had a very good experience with the delivery company hence why we purchased another item from the company that uses them. However this experience has completely out me off using Willow & Hall if they continue to use this company. They never called to notify they were on route. They just turned up. We ordered a sofa bed which they decided to dismantle in the middle of the street! The chaps that turned up were so rude & in a hurry to get up a short flight of stairs that they rammed the sofa into a light fixture which smashed. There was no apology or even an offer to clear up the mess. They then proceeded into the home and without the help of our french polisher who was on site I strongly believe more damage would have been done to our home. I'm deeply disappointed in the way this has been handled without any word of an apology or acknowledgement of the complaint. The drivers force you to sign a waiver that says if they cause damage its not their fault and if you refuse to sign they refuse to deliver the item!!! This gives them a free pass to do what they please in your home. It really is disgusting behaviour.

Route1 delivered half of my order, and left me to try to resolve this with the vendor. It transpires that they’d thrown the other half away. I don’t know why.

They made no effort to resolve this and were unapologetic. The order cost over £2000. I’ve still yet to get a refund.

Route 1 were due to deliver but driver van broke down on motorway. However ir didn't stop them still delivering on same day. Both men were professional and courteous. Definitely recommend

The two-man team from Route 1 delivered my new Willow & Hall sofabed today. The comms regading delivery were excellent, they were extremely careful with the sofabed whilst bringing it into my house, which has small doorways and presented a bit of a challenge.

They were very pleasant and I am very grateful for their 'Can do' attitude - very well done and a credit to your company.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a sofabed delivered from Willow and Hall . The 2 man team were very patient and competent at getting the item up the stairs and into the required room . They were very respectful and showed us how the bed unfolded .

Absolute joke of a company, garden storage box failed to turn up. We were told on three occasions it a date of delivery on each occasion it never appeared. On contacting the company they informed us that they haven't even got the box. The box has never appeared should have been delivered May 21st I've spoken to customer services and they are not customer orientated whatsoever. Matter is now going to the Police

Willow and Hall sofa bed is well made and very comfortable, and the delivery drivers did a good job of patiently taking it up a steep and close fitting flight of stairs, while being careful not to cause any damage, thank you

We had a sofa bed and armchair from Willow and Hall delivered today to Exmouth, Devon. Our daughter who lives locally met the two man team who ensured a smooth delivery and took the time to show her how to operate the sofa bed. Very happy with the quality of the furniture and the delivery by Route1.

2 delivery men today worked very hard at getting the bed settee into a very narrow space.

My two delivery men were polite, friendly and efficient. They were happy to manoeuvre around the narrow doorways of my little old cottage & although they weren’t sure how to put the legs on the sofa, they worked it out & finished the job tidily for me.
