Just had the guys deliver a sofa today, what lovely chaps, they were so friendly and helpful and took the sofa up a steep garden to the room where it was going, this wasn’t an easy task and they did it smiling and joking. The nicest and most helpful delivery chaps I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you

Delivery booked for 7-10am today for 4 velvet chairs (order value over £1200) - I received a text at 5.30pm evening to say 'we are near and can deliver in 30mins' - I explained no-one in house, so no, please leave till the booked time slot.

I then received a call to say the delivery driver had left the order in an open porch - we live in the country, it was high winds and pouring rain - Even after I answered the call to say No don't leave it!

Thankfully chairs weren't damaged but clearly driver just wanted an easy shift today and we paid £45 for this service.

We had a sofa bed delivered in the evening. Access to the room was very tight and required removal of the bed mechanism to make the delivery possible. The Route1 team were fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure the sofa bed was installed successfully. Thank you.

Great customer service! We had to update our contact details the day before delivery and they confirmed everything right away. We got a call 45 minutes before the delivery, which was very useful. Our sofa was delivered well and on time.

At no point, neither by product seller’s nor this delivery company’s communications, was I informed that the two large boxes containing the gazebo would be kerbside delivery only. The two burly operatives refused to do anything other than leave them on my driveway. It took me, a 61 year old lady, two hours and the use of a sack barrow that fortunately I have, to open the boxes and transfer all the contents to the rear of my property. The delivery guys were definitely not interested in going the extra mile. Their only potential problem solving suggestion was to fail the delivery. Very disappointing.

A mix up between purchase vendor and delivery company meant it arrived later than I'd expected. Had been told, by vendor, delivery to garden. Actually kerb side. Not helpful as I'm 66 and the gazebo boxes are extremely heavy. Lucky to have two strong electricians on site to help. Communication on delivery time good. Delivery team ok but only average service.

The delivery went well. The staff was attentive and didn’t give up at the first difficulty but helped to find a solution till the sofa was positioned in the desired room

Delivery date and time were fine but I specifically ordered a sofa with removable arms for easy delivery. The delivery team was trying to bring it in as it is. It didn’t work and they start removing arms in my hall and not sure what they did but my floor was scratched on around badly in a hall and in living room there the sofa goes. They told me they put cardboard under but for some reason it didn’t work. I think delivery team needs to be more careful and carry the stuff rather than slide it on a floor

Those three lads worked so hard! Our house is old with low ceilings and small doors, but they did the job well, and with care. So, very pleased them.

Delivery slot confirmed by email the night before. Phone call a couple of hours before. On time and extremely courteous and polite. Good product knowledge, showing me how to operate the sofa bed. Removed all packaging. Highly recommend.

My delivery was advised by the shipper as being due for delivery to me on Friday 7th Nov 2025.
Route 1 advised they had the goods on Thursday 6th Nov 2025.
On Friday 7th, the day delivery was due, they advised goods would be delivered Monday 10th between 1 and 4pm.
I changed my work schedule to accommodate this change, but was far from happy.
Monday 10th, none of rhe tracking links supplied actually work. I found a way to reach and found our delivery was expected 2.51pm.
Just after 4pm I rang to find out where my delivery was.
Just after 4.10pm the courier rang and advise he would be 40 minutes.
Two men arrived at 4.50, walked across my neighbours garden and roughly handled my goods.
I anticipate they may be damaged, time will tell.
So 3 days, twice late and possibly damaged too!!
Unimpressed.

Slight delay in the pick up but not the fault of the company. Very good communication and uplift re-arranged. Mannerable staff.

Two fantastic delivery guys, who were very communicative and helpful, when taking a pair of heavy sofas up some tricky stairs. Then they made sure the sofas were all set up correctly.

The men who delivered the goods spoke to each other in a different language. They hardly spoke to me at all. They wouldn't take the bath panels upstairs leaving them in the hall. I was disappointed with the level of service provided by Shore Laminates on behalf of B&Q.

I was kept well informed by email of my delivery day and time.
Delivery was within the given time frame and the two delivery men were very polite and carried out the delivery of my sofa bed to the specified room. They were very respectful, careful and efficient and did not cause any damage to the sofa or my property.
Highly recommend.

Punctual and polite, but did not appreciate having a form thrust at me to sign with little explanation before I had even see the product being delivered!
The form actually asked me to list the obstacles restricting delivery, when in my opinion there were none. Lack of English on the part of the employees did not help the situation

Whilst we weren't given much warning about the delivery day and time it was fine in the end. The time given for arrival was accurate, the drivers polite and respectful being careful not to damage anything. They showed how the sofa bed operates and it was all done very efficiently, thank you.
