Expect to use away from domestic setting since all sorts of interfering noises are generated by our household and by neighbours, so may have more to say later. So far, impressive to buy from

Can you please let us know why you have left a 1 star review ?
We ask you this, because you placed the order on our website and selected Registered Mail for shipping but we upgraded it to DHL express (a more expensive solution for us) in order for you to get the product much faster. The order was placed on the 5th of April (Friday) and we shipped your product on the 9th of April (Tuesday). Also, when the order has been set to shipped, you received an email with the tracking no. and you should have been able to track the order.
As a general rule, once the package is being picked up by the courier we have no control over it and the review on Trust Pilot should reflect the experience with us and our products, not with DHL.

My new receiver is truly remarkable
My new receiver is truly remarkable. I was able to receive many VLF stations within the first minute of use. All signals were very strong using just the collapsable whip antenna. The tVLF related tutorials that you offer on your website are valuable and will enhance my listening experience as I continue to learn about the VLF band.
