Amazing customer service helping me with the order. I told them what I was looking for and they did the rest. This on a Saturday afternoon. From first enquiry to order was less than an hour I think, really friendly. They even offered a little gift as a thank you! (But don’t tell them I told you that)!

Have heard nothing but good things about this wonderful British company. 💪🏼

The company is doing well because there is someone who answers the phone and makes every effort to help with any queries. He was excellent.

Just wanted to post an update to my May 11th review. Roxform have been nothing but apologetic regarding the issues with registering the warranty. They have gone out of their way to make sure it was all sorted and I have had a couple of lovely emails making sure that I was happy with how it was resolved. Clearly Roxform are a company that value their customers and are prepared to do anything to put matters right. The Plico is a lovely bike and I have lots of comments from people on my cycling travels saying how good the bikes look. I would certainly recommend Roxform to anyone who is thinking about getting an e-bike. Why I didn’t purchase an e-bike sooner I don’t know but I am am now a fan of the Plico and Roxform.

Bike test ride and purchase was smooth from SE Electric Bike Centre in Headcorn, Kent. I registered for warranty easily and emailed Roxform for info on changing KM to miles on the screen. Within 10 mins I received a PDF copy of a comprehensive info sheet in PDF format. Very good service and back up.

I recently bought the Roxform Stride S and I’m really happy with it. It’s comfortable to ride, and the electric assist makes longer journeys and hills much easier. Great quality bike!

Tried to extend my warranty by registering the two e bikes I purchased. I had to ring Roxform customer services as having entered all the data there was nothing to indicate the process had actually worked and the info had been submitted. The customer services agent confirmed it had gone through but admitted the website was not performing properly. I was told I would get email confirmation the next day but so far this hadn’t happened. I have had to fill in another contact form to chase it up. The e bikes are lovely but come on Roxform get your technology sorted. To add to this. I have today 6 days later, received the confirmation of my extended warranty but did have to chase Roxform for this.

Great concept and execution they managed to manufacture and deliver some excellent bikes with great value. Been riding for almost 6 months now and no issue whatsoever. I’ve had bikes with better quality battery but I guess it’s a compromise. TBH I would have 2 of these batteries for the price of a proper one and swap them so I always have one fully charged at home

Really helpful in selecting right cycle for my needs

The dealer was very helpful and informed us about all the controls etc. He could not do enough to make sure we were happy with the bikes. The bikes are great and easy to use. Very comfortable to ride and not too heavy for us old timers. I definitely recommend these bikes, good value for the money, well built for road work and bike tracks,

I did some research and ended up getting the Plico model from Roxform. For the price, it’s honestly great. The quality & comfort are spot on. I totally recommend it.

This is my first time owning a Roxform bike, and the customer service I received has been excellent. Responses to my queries were extremely fast, which is something I really value.

I purchased the striking, vibrant orange Stride, and it’s a fantastic bike—so easy to use and a real pleasure to ride. I bought it through a local bike shop, and a Roxform representative even contacted them directly to ensure my specifications were met, which I thought was a great touch.

Even my (all-male!) colleagues—who are not easily impressed—were very taken with the quality of the bike.

Really great bike at a very good price and knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful ..(thank you to Rob in particular you’re a star!) would definitely recommend this company and these bikes.
We bought the Plico folding bike - it’s incredibly nippy tho also a very comfy solid and a safe feeling ride and looks great. Very well thought thru design (the handle on the frame to help w picking it up is a great idea) and it folds very easily up to a good manageable size.
Nothing was too much trouble and if we had any queries Rob came back to us really quickly.
We’d researched a fair bit over time as there are lots of different electric folding bikes out there and came across them by chance at the Camping and Caravan Show… so glad we did!
You’d struggle to find anything that’s a better quality buy for an affordable price and they do a range of other bikes too we were really tempted by! tho needed a folding bike to fit in our campervan (Rob also checked out a lot of really useful information for us about charging the bike on a campsite and in the van which is pretty key for us)

Purchased a Roxform cargo bike from my local bike shop. I did a little bit of research into the company and contacted them directly with a few questions before purchasing and they got back to me instantly and were very helpful in advising in me. Along with the bike shop helped me to get the bike set up for my needs.

Any questions or issues I've had along the way they have been excellent at responding and the bike is excellent and such good value compared to competitors.

Great quality bike and price point. Rob and his team have been super helpful in answering any questions we have in a timely manner. The double battery whizzes up all the Brighton hills making it a breeze!

I recently purchased a Porto L dual-battery bike, and while there were some initial technical hurdles and missing keys from the manufacturer, the customer service from Roxform was exceptional.

Robert and Berkay were incredible—they stayed in constant communication and even replaced the bike twice to ensure I was 100% satisfied and back on the road. It is rare to find a company that takes this much personal responsibility for its customers. I now have a fully functioning bike that takes me to drop my son off at school through the steep roads of Birmingham with ease. Highly recommended for both their quality bikes and their world-class support!
