Royal Cleaning Avis

Once again, as in past years, I've had a very positive experience with a Royal Cleaning visit to my home. George did an excellent and thorough job, and he was punctual and polite, as usual. I really recommend this company for steam cleaning jobs.

We booked an end of tenancy cleaning and the initial work was not done as we expected. Unfortunately we had already moved out and had to re-arrange a cleaning, which was done quickly, efficiently and at no extra cost.

The communication with Royal cleaning throughout this process was very professional, quick and dealt with the issues as I would expect it from a professional company.

Cleaners were on time, had all equipment on them and all in all I don't have anything to complain. I would recommend again.

Excellent experience - booking was easy, the cleaner was polite and friendly and attended on time.

Very cordial chap, arrived on time for a mattress cleaning. Good work but did not fully wipe the excess water from the bed frame, hence the 4 and not 5 stars.

This was a terrible cleaning service - do not use this company! We hired Royal Cleaning for our end of tenancy clean and it was a disaster. They provided one cleaner who arrived very late and did not clean the flat at all. They did not send anyone to re-clean the flat and didn't even give us the partial refund they promised us. This affected our house deposit and we lost £225 due to this company. We were incredibly disappointed with this service and ended up having to pay an additional £300 for a new cleaner to clean the property.

I used Royal Cleaning for an End of Tenancy cleaning few weeks ago. All went well and I got my full deposit back. Royal cleaning was the lower cost among the companies consulted and delivered a good job. It is the 2nd time I used them and I do recommend them. Thanks.

I have had a an excellent experience with Royal cleaning. Everything was so easy! The booking was straightforward, they helped me select the right clean. They offered fantastic price. The quality of the clean was so impressive. My carpet looks like new, as does the sofa!! Really pleased. I’m going out of my way to write a review because they deserve it. Amazing 10/10. Glad to support a local business. Good job.

Very friendly, quick and good value!

Booked for end of tenancy clean. Arrived promptly and cleaned the flat to an incredibly high standard, cleaner than when we moved in or at any time since!

We received our full tenancy deposit back in full and I’d highly recommend Royal for cleaning services.

The cleaner was super efficient and did the mattress cleaning fast. Would recommend all stains came out.

Your team did a great job cleaning the curtains. It was a big job but was not rushed and was carried out professionally. Efficient and punctual service much appreciated

Carpets came out decent enough. The person that came worked really hard. I would recommend

The team was amazing!! Everything is super clean! Would definitely hire again!

Fantastic team. Our tenants left our house in an awful mess and the Royal Cleaning team and Doby did a great job!

We recently had our sofa cleaned and we are so happy with the outcome - our sofa looks brand new again! thankyou!!! would recommend

I used royal cleaning to have my oven cleaned at the end of my tenancy The team was very helpful when I contacted them to get a quote and were very quick in replying both via email and phone.
The actual service was done professionally and perfectly satisfied the landlord.

I have a suite of cream settees. I also have two dogs!
I had reached the point where I was having to use throws to hide the condition of the settees. I have never had the settees cleaned professionally and was a bit dubious as to how clean they would turn out. The gentlemen arrived promptly (unfortunately I do not remember his name) , was courteous, efficient and very hardworking. My settees no longer require throws over them. More than happy with the outcome.

Always happy with Royal Cleaning - used them for multiple tenancy change over cleans and they always have good communication around plans and do a professional job.

Good cleaning service. Did a Fantastic job of my sofas. Very reliable and punctual.

The end of tenancy clean was high quality, reasonable value and excellent communication throughout - they were also very helpful when we needed to amend dates and options. Have used their services twice now.
