Royal Certified Masterclass is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Royal Certified Masterclass is the company name on my $27 discounted charge for a Movement and Dance Therapy Certification. It took the money from mummy CashApp account and supposedly returned me to FB where I saw it. It gave me a log in screen but an account hadn’t been setup yet and I hadn’t received an email, so I used forgot password and it closed out completely. An email was NEVER received. But they got my money! I’ve searched the net, BBB, Reddit and here to find it’s nothing but a friggin’ scam😡.

This is a fraud website

This is a fraud website. they dont exist anymore. the courses I had paid dont exist anymore and if u file a dispute with paypal they will tell you the period of 180 days had passed. ARE U F SERIOUS? The one module I had was for at least a year before completion. They also said to provide LIFELONG access to all the material, which of course have dissapeared as well. So these scammers now exactly what they are doing and people cant even get their money back.

Very disappointed with this

Very disappointed with this! "Royal Certified Masterclass". The investment was to add another dimension to my life coaching in ADHD, and I worked hard and achieved half of the course before it totally disappeared! The member website platform no longer exists, and the investment was not cheap at all. The alleged "director" has flown the coup, and there is no way to ask for a reimbursement - I presume this person should be approached: Teresa Williams

Totally jerked around

I bought 2 classes, and supposedly had one year to complete them. They eliminated the classes, then replaced them. I was very frustrated, but the first set of classes were chaotic, has a lot of misinformation, links didn't work. I contacted them several times while working on them, and nothing got fixed. The next set of classes was better, but test links didn't work. They replaced that set of classes with yet another set that they guaranteed me in writing was not going anywhere. Since these were different classes than the ones I bought, I believed I had one year to finish them. At 6 months, they completely shut me down. I had finished phase I (theory and practice) which, although AI generated, had a LOT of information in it (I printed it out to study it better - it was 1000 pages). I studied hard and learned a lot in Phase 1. Phase 2 built on things I already know from many positions in my professional background, I was enjoying it, and was one lesson away from completing Phase 2 when they completely terminated me, making my dashboard completely unavailable to me, did not respond to any attempt I made to contact them, and then their email address became invalid.
I can't believe the money and HOURS I spent on this, the way they jerked me around switching out the classes, the promises they made, and then - nothing. They're gone. They have my money, I do not have (the 3rd version of) the certification I was working very, very hard to get, that they promised me in writing was not going anywhere and I would be able to finish. I am so upset! I contacted ClassAction.org, but they have not responded to me.
I had a LOT of hope for these 2 certifications, my hope is smashed to dust (other companies with classes of the same name want $2000-4000 for the course, and I could not come up with that amount of money if my life depended on it). I am without my money (and I am poor), my hundreds of hours of time, my certifications, and my hope, finally, for an escape from poverty based on these certifications. This is horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.

My classes have disappeared! Unlike most, I really enjoyed the information in my classes. I learned quite a bit. I tried to go into my classes tonight and the links are all dead and online content is missing. It’s almost like the company never existed. What a disappointment!

No access to my purchased a nature therapy course in…

I purchased a nature therapy course in November 2024, that had 200 bonuses and for a short time I was able to access. I’ve had some health issues over the last year, so haven’t been able to dig back in. I figured today I would give it a shot and continue with my course.

When i click in the initial link they provided me. I get a error message that this page doesn’t exist and the link is no good.

When I go to type in their website, I get the same exact error message saying it doesn’t exist. It appears to me that this company has gone belly up and yet they took my money and, as it seems in these reviews, many other people’s money.

I am thinking a class action lawsuit is in order? Anyone else?

I did all of the course material but…

I did all of the course material but one of the quizzes had several questions with no answers and therefore I kept getting it incorrect. I contacted support multiple times. They told me just skip it. But I cannot complete the course without a passing grade on it so I'm stuck with no certification and a waste of time and money. I was going to utilize this as part of my credentials for my coaching business but I guess that's not an option. Definitely do not invest your time or money with them.

I have bought a course package about Play Therapist …

I have bought a course package about Play Therapist Certification. However, due to my schedules got changed soon after that from new job, I couldn't find time to start the course. I asked for refund or maybe exchange into some other classes since I never activated mine. Someone replied NO to me. But then I don't get any classes information any more. What happened?
Have I just bought " Air" by paying $194?
Scam!?
Anyone else had similar experiences?
Or anyone can give me a reasonable response?

It was very informative however I can’t call this certification since I do not see how they are attached to the board of functional medicine. I have tried multiple times to obtain my training certificate however no one has contacted me. The auto reply states next day reply but that was 1 week ago.

I am a Mental health professional and End-of-Life Doula. The grief certification was a perfect way for me to add to my practice. I learned a great deal from the course. Whenever I had a question, it was answered by the reps with no issues.

I paid for my Royal Certificate…

I paid for my Royal Certificate Masterclass in March 19th 2025 and I kept getting locked out and now i finally got in and started studing and my course has been removed on my dashboard so i can't do the exsam for art therapy now, I emailed them and still waiting for a response, it said 12 months in my spare time it was not even 2 months before this started happening and now the class is gone but I have proof of payment. I just want my art therapy coach course back on my dashboard so I can finish this week.

Seems like a scam

Bad. Full of what looks like AI generated content. They just want your money. No follow ups or actual teaching. Tried to get a refund was denied. My mental health is actually worse because of these courses. Stay away.

Th course is poor quality

Th course is poor quality, just written files that are not cohesive. The company is difficult to get in touch with and does not honor the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Do NOT waste your money on this.

Promises made, promises broken.
I agree with all the others who gave a 1 star rating. I'm an alternative healing practitioner certified in many modalities. I saw this as a way to be able to help more people find healing with out side effects and without going bankrupt because they want to have a healthy, pain-free life. Don't be fooled by the Royal Masterclass promises and their claim of full money-back guarantee within 30 days if you are not fully satisfied. That is a total lie and a scam. They do not, I repeat, they to NOT REFUND. I knew within a week this program was totally unworkable for me. No meaningful substance here. Suddenly, they claim, none of my multiple reasons for wanting my refund of $291 FIT THEIR STILL UNDISCLOSED criteria for allowing refunds. This is their reply:

I can’t rate this course because I tried to cancel my initial purchase and I’vewritten many times requesting a refund. If this company has any integrity at all and has many students, than they should be able to refund my $197 with no problem. Unfortunately, their refund policy. Seems to make it impossible to qualify for a refund. They way the course was presented to me on FB presentation was misleading towards the certification for the subject I was interested in. After purchasing the course, I was hit with upsell after upsell, I finally just had to close the window. After my initial request for a refund without the first 24 hrs of purchase, I was offered the rest of the curses at no cost, which I felt was generous, but 8 declined because I don’t do well with AI learning online. The presentation says that if you’re not satisfied, you can get a refund within the first 30 days. They don’t tell you the details of their refund policy and so I signed up in good faith. Now I’m dealing with their legal dept., and finding it difficult to get any answers out of them, since my request was denied. They said they don’t refund buyers remorse, but I’m not requesting a refund on that premise. I feel that the whole process was misleading. I think being hit with so many upsells and being told I would have to take more and more courses to achieve my goals was not.the way it was presented. I should have known it was too good to be true. I am a person of very limited means at this time and I just wish I didn’t have to fight and be so stressed out trying to get my money back. I was hoping for an amicable resolution and any company with integrity would have refunded me my money already. There are many reasons why I want to cancel and I think they are all valid regardless of their refund policy which kind of covers all the reasons you can’t get a refund, but I will fight and take legal action if I don’t find resolution soon.

AVOID, horrendous experience…

I bought the All in One Holistic Masterclass bundle on March 7th 2025. I was supposed to receive access to over 300 masterclasses, and I only have 83 in my dashboard. NONE of the masterclasses I have access to are what I want to certify in and is therefore useless to me. The company refuses to give me a refund. It is ILLEGAL to sell a digital product and not provide all of the contents listed on the sales page. As such I have opened a dispute with Action Fraud. It took a month initally for customer service to respond, and they don't care I can't study what I purchased because it's not in my portal. AVOID.
