Rubbish Collectors Ltd Avis 

I received a very quick response to my enquiry & a quote almost straight away, based on a list of old furniture items I needed collecting from my elderly mother’s bungalow. I then supplied photos & the quote remained the same, which was appreciated. I contacted about 6 different companies in total & Ilya was the only one to chase me & keep in touch! A couple of them didn’t even respond & the others were charging ridiculous money, or couldn’t give me a firm price. Given how attentive Ilya was, I accepted the quote & was able to arrange collection of the furniture for the very next day!
We were given a four hour time slot (12-4pm) & told the driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which is exactly what they did! They were polite, efficient & hard working & everything had been cleared by 3pm!
All in all, I’m very happy with the service we received - fast, efficient & a reasonable price, and I would definitely recommend them.

They quote you a reasonable rate at first to tempt you to use their service!!
Once you’re hooked, hold on to your money tightly or it will be gone very quickly, as they say there is an excess weight! Therefore there will an additional charge!!! You don’t pay up?? You will only get a small portion of the job done.

The booking process was easy to complete online. The website was informative and straightforward to use. I’m not used to arranging to collect rubbish as it means assessing what you have to ensure you pay the correct amount. I described what I have to collect whilst booking and received a good price. The team were professional and friendly and they managed to get everything collected and finished in a short time. I would definitely use their service again should I need to in the future.

Being able to book a same day service was so helpful!

I booked online, they immediately withdrew money, but on the day of the collection they did not show up. I sent them a message this morning. No response! There is no phone to call. They are probably fraudsters. Stay clear.

I made a very last minute booking to remove rubbish from our office; it was very heavy and they managed to do everything quickly and professionally. They were truly helpful and flexible. Iliya arrange everything smoothly - I was a bit skeptical when seeing some bad reviews but I am very pleased of how well it turned out to be!

I had a very positive experience with Rubbish Collectors for a London-based collection. They did a same-day disposal of a bed frame I was struggling to get rid of after it was refused by a charity and other places wouldn’t take an item so bulky. Ilya, who I spoke with via phone/whatsapp, was speedy to respond to my initial online request via website, and he & team were great in informing me the time-bracket they were arriving. The team that collected the item itself were extremely polite and efficient with the task, in & out in less than 10 minutes.

Of course you’re paying a higher price for the convenience and the fast same-day turnaround, but it’s worth it if you just need the job done. Strong recommend, I personally had a great experience. Thank you to Ilya and team!

Quick and effective

I was very impressed with Rubbish Collectors. We needed old furniture and unwanted items taken away quickly when my son moved into a new flat. They gave me a clear price mid-morning and took it away the same day. Ilya kept me informed of the crew's whereabouts and timing throughout. The two men who took the items away were really polite and helpful, willingly taking more than they had quoted. I highly recommend them.
