Ruffwear Avis 

I bought a harness for my Boston Terrier, which was very expensive but I though I might be getting a quality product. Basically the harness is very simple with very little material used so hardly worth £45!!
When it arrived, I couldn't get it to fit. The front straps would not adjust tightly enough, even though the company agreed I had ordered the correct size. After a few email exchanges where they refused to believe that I had correctly adjusted the harness, they finally agreed that it was unsuitable for me dog and that there was no suitable alternative. Ok, no problem, I'll return it. But no! Despite accepting that it was unsuitable they refused to refund the money because the dog had worn out outside!! Yes, once to test it out and on a dry day where it had no wear and tear at all. They are actually breaking uk law by not refunding. Luckily I had bought the harness from Amazon and they refunded me immediately.
Yet another greedy company who puts profit before customer satisfaction.

I bought a harness, collar, lead and double end lead last summer. The front harness attachment has frayed to the point that I feel that I can’t use the harness safely any more. I have emailed the company 4 times and not received a reply other than the automated reply. I am so disappointed, as they are not cheap items and have now had to purchase a new harness from a different company.

Awful experience. Refused to refund a harness tried on a Labrador once - returning as too big. The email I received was so rude; ‘the item was covered in dog hair’… a Labrador!!! I brushed a few stray hairs off it before repackaging. Appalling, shamelessly trying to take my money, they will no doubt resell the harness in perfect condition!

My dog owns the day backpack, ruffwear collar and ruffwear cooling neck band. Impeccable products, tough, pretty and practical with a good fit.
Very efficient customer service - full contact right the way through delivery.

I ordered boots for a long trek based on reviews. one pair needs e hanging and I was surprised with the customer service I received - i contacted ruff wear via their web form and got zero response. i called twice and there was nobody to answer the phones as i got the message saying the offices are closed even though it was after 9 am. I called again and was told a reference nupmber and address. i asked them to explain an exchange process as i need to exchange. nothing was explained - Instead I was told to return the boots at my cost and then order new ones again and pay postage again!! With he the prices I am paying I would
expect the customer service people to be available at the hours they say they are and to be able to exchange product easily without ruffwear making even more money by me paying postage three times in effect - one on original order, one for return, one for reorder since they do not do exchanges. extremely disappointed

My dog harness is very strong, easy to put on/take off, and look great. I think Ruffwear products and customer services are first class...and that's not something I've found very often. I can highly recommend them.
