I made an online purchase and adjusted my purchase at check out to 1 Rug instead of 2. The system charged me for 2 Rugs rather than the adjustable to 1 Rug. Directly after the mistake to this purchase I immediately emailed Rughere requesting the adjustment to the over charge asking for correction to the transaction. I selected 1 rug and was charged for 2. On 8/27 I received my order and was ONLY shipped 1 Rug. THEY MADE THAT CORRECTION BUT kept my payment for 2 Rugs. 316.20 instead of 170.00. I have emailed several times and have called and left a message. The company has failed to respond to my issue by phone & by email. This happened on 8/10/24 and I’m still waiting a response and a REFUND. Please ADVISE

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The picture is not what I received. I cannot use this as a rug. At best, a cheap looking wall hanging that I paid $99.00 for. Very disappointed.

Quality matches the price..
At first I was quite angry because the delivered rug looked ugly. I contacted the customer service team to complain but they told me to unroll the rug and wait a while. After a few days, the rug was the same as on the website (before that, because it was vacuumed for transportation, rug was compressed and wrinkled). I'm quite satisfied with my purchase here and advise everyone to roll out the rug when receiving it so that it will soon return to its original shape.

Good service team .I have to say I was apprehensive about ordering from the this website having seen mixed reviews. However my experience with them was excellent. Due to a shipping error, the order was delayed compared to my wishes. The customer service team supported me a lot to get the order shipped faster. They also gave me a few tips to keep the carpet from getting wrinkled after receiving the package !! Very pleased!!

The rug looks like the picture and description on the website. When the rug was delivered, it was vacuum-sealed so it looked a bit ugly, but after being unrolled, it returned to normal, with vibrant colors. Happy with this purchase.

After receiving the parcel, the rug had a few wrinkles but returned to normal after unrolling, the quality is suitable for the price. Customer care team responds quickly.

I never received the rug I ordered, received a refund but it took a while to resolve. Hope others have better luck with receiving their items.

The provided phone numbers do not work properly as one of them belongs to a towing company instead., They also fail to reply to e-mails.Treat people the way you wanna be treated. Ordered a rug February 28th and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Sent an email and got no response. Called their contact number and it went to a voicemail. Now opened a complaint ticket and waiting to hear back. It’s funny how customers who give them a good review on here get a 20% off coupon from the company, but the customers with complaints basically get a 🖕🏼.
Update****** Finally received my rug and it’s garbage. It’s not even a rug. It’s the type of pad you put down in the back of your SUV to set stuff on top of. The quality is horrible. Never again!!!

Worst company to deal with returns and refunds. No one ever answers the phone on the website and their branch office that they state is in California is not. Try to return an unacceptable item and it took weeks before they respond. After getting the runaround, they decided to either give 50% refund and keep the unacceptable item or send the item back to Vietnam. The cost of shipping. The item back to them is more than the is worth. Would’ve been better off buying through Amazon. At least refunds in returns are easy and without question. This is not worth the aggravation.
