I ordered and paid extra for a rug that was thicker but received the thinner one. It was supposed to be 15 mm thick but only half that. I opened a complaint ticket but haven't heard back yet.

You call this a doormat? It’s more like a placemat. If I put this on the floor it would be destroyed by one wipe from a shoe. What a disappointment and rip off.
