Afghan Rug
Initially, there were issues locating the rug I'd ordered and this led to delays as well as a slight lack of communication. However, it's always about how a company deals with issues when they arise. Rugmaster fully acknowledged the problem and to make up for it offered a range of more expensive rugs at the same price - a solution I was more than happy with. In terms of customer service, I can't fault them and the rugs is great.

Great and efficient service
The whole experience was so easy. They picked up the rug, were able to get several bad stains out (from new puppy) and make repairs that can't be seen. Really helpful in getting everything sorted as quickly as possible.

My small Persian rug was in need of cleaning and repairing. I am very pleased with Rugmasters. The collection and delivery service was helpful. I had good advice about what was needed . I am very happy with the result. It was quite expensive but the skills to repair and clean my rug are invaluable.

Excellent service brings damaged kilim back to life
We have a beautiful Kilim (1920s) that has been with the family for quite a while. A recent shock attack by moths made it look like it had been eaten by hungry bears. I thought that it might not be reparable; however, Sam and his team were courteous, efficient and calm, and restored it! Washed, moth-proofed, all holes and gashes matched and repaired. Thank you!

We finally found the right rug for our hall. Rugmaster is a specialist shop for sales and repairs. The staff were extremely patient and we borrowed four other rugs before finding the one. Recommend making an appointment.

Persian rugs cleaned and repaired
Our Persian rugs were cleaned and then some were repaired (replacement fringes and minor repairs to the edges). The people were courteous, helpful and easy to contact. The rugs were collected and delivered to my home at the arranged times.

Repair to rug.
The rug was badly frayed at one corner and the fringes were somewhat worse for wear. Rugmaster arranged for collection and return. The rug is now as good as new. The repair to the corner is invisible and the worn fringes at both ends have been replaced. Well done Rugmaster!

I received a friendly, expeditious and stress-free professional service. My rugs were collected, maintenance, cleaned and delivered timelessly and they looked like new. All thanks to Rugmaster.
I inherited some valuable rugs from my late mother. These rugs had served the family for many years and we thought that they had already served time so we should throw them away. I heard about Rugmaster from a friend that the company repairs and clean rugs. So, we decided to give them a try. We know that one of the rugs was badly damaged but they rug bring back many lovely memories of my Late mother and would hate to throw them away. To my greatest surprises, when the rugs were returned, I couldn’t believe my eyes because they looked like new as I cannot easily identify any damage.

Rugmaster were very efficient
Rugmaster were very efficient. Took the carpets away then sent me an estimate on the cost involved for cleaning and replacing the fringes. The carpets were returned on the due date beautifully cleaned and with new fringes.
