Though I ran into trouble ordering from the website (it would not allow me to use a coupon code but did not explain the reason), I was given a mechanism to send an offline request for help that was timely responded to. The person assisting me was very helpful and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Reliable, helpful, full of options
So far I have found this website to be very helpful. I really like the variety in choice and pricing. Customer service is also incredibly reliable and seeks to appease (to their best ability) customer concerns and wishes. I would highly recommend this website for your home accerssorizing needs.

User interface is top notch compared to other rug websites. Very easy to navigate, filter and sort. Customer service is great too as they have a chat associate available during all business hours. Very impressed with the overall professionalism of Rug Studio.

Hi there, I'm sorry you had trouble signing up for coupons. We usually have a coupon banner posted on every applicable page and we also ALWAYS have a sign up box at the bottom of every screen for more coupons! If all else fails you are welcome to jump into chat for assistance any time!

One stop shopping for new house!
We just moved into a new house and I am so happy I found RugStudio - it's been one stop shopping for me. Website is easy to navigate, prices are competitive (if not better) than other websites and their customer service was very helpful. I will definitely shop at RugStudio the next time I'm in the market for rugs and I will recommend them, without hesitation!
