I cannot thank Rush Passport enough!! They literally SAVED my honeymoon. I had just finished packing and was about to go to bed when I looked at my passport to take and realized my passport was expired with only 10 hours before my flight. After freaking out, I Immediately called Rush Passport and luckily was able to speak to one of their kind representatives who walked me through filling out all of the forms and emailing them to her to expedite the process. I was able to get the first appointment at 6:30 am and had my NEW passport in my hands that SAME day at 4:15 p.m, making it possible to still go on my honeymoon ( just had to delay it a day). At first I thought that renewing my passport in the same day was too good to be true, but trust me they are miracle workers and the real deal. So professional, friendly, and fast! I was a nervous wreck but Roman made me feel at ease and even texted me updates throughout the day. I can’t thank him enough!!!!

Phenomenal customer service. My son needed a rush passport for an overseas mountaineering trip and these guys did just an incredible job when a few unforeseen circumstances arose - including the entire US passport system being shut down due to a computer problem. Roman, the owner, was personally on the phone with me and the US State Dept and went out of his way to make sure everything was able to work out in the end. I can't say enough good things about this service. The walls of his office are covered in celebrity endorsements - that is not by chance. But I would add that is was clear to me, in how my son and I were treated, that they treat everyone as a VIP. My son had a fantastic summer and I really have Roman and the entire team at Rush Passport to thank. If you are considering using them do not hesitate at all - they are both trustworthy and dependable. I have already recommended them to several people without any hesistations.

WOW!!! After 3 months of pain form shoulder surgery, my light at the end of the tunnel was my trip today to Italy. However, Saturday night learned that while my passport does not expire for 4 months, Italy requires 6 months. II researched for hours to find an expediter and decided on Rush. I was at their door 10 minutes before they opened on Monday morning and told them I was leaving on Thursday. They told me "no problem" it would be ready Wed at 5. Needless to say, I was very nervous to wait until the day before leaving. However, at exactly 5 on Wed, it was ready as promised. I had reached out to 3 or more companies, but they were the only one that contacted me on Sunday by phone.
The staff was courteous and professional.
I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I came into the office with my paperwork on a Thursday, applied for a first time passport with expedited service and it was ready & available for pick up the very next Monday (4 days). Absolutely worth every penny!! If you have a last minute trip or waited to long to apply... Rush Passport will keep you right on schedule!!!
