RV Part Shop USA Avis 

Ordered a part about a week ago. havent heard anything back, no status, no shipping, nothing. opened a "customer service ticket" still no response. I guess I'll get my $ back through my CC

Receiving correct parts ordered on or ahead of time. Price is more than fair. Can’t ask for anymore than that.

You showed whatbI needed was in stock, after purchase I recieve an email stating there is no stock and so I still need the parts and will continue to wait. It has already been paid for.

I loved how the order was fast and sent correctly. I did order the wrong thing and need to exchanged it. How do I go about doing this?

I am thankful that RV Part Shop was able to get my dryer element in so quickly. I received it within a week, other companies couldn’t deliver for 6 months due to it being a back order item from the manufacturer.

I ordered a sink pump faucet. It has been many weeks now with no delivery. When I called I got a recording telling me there were internal problems with my order and they hoped it would be resolved soon. I am renovating a 1968 camper for income. They have cost me weeks which is far more money than the faucet cost.

I have purchased just one item and paid for it but it’s on back order! Just my luck.

Your service is great I haven't put in my water heater yet but I will get back to you guys on that but so far everything is great

They're LAZY! They keep listings on their website of products they don't sell. They had to cancel my order because they said it's out of stock but their website still shows they are selling it.

You said you had 9 items in stock, only I get an email saying they are on back order. Very poor customer service.

Process was easy and quick. Delivery was fast and included all the fasteners and related items. I would use this shop again.

This company has exceeded all expectations. I had ordered an imperative part for our trailer pod on Thursday Oct. 21. Again with no expectation of it arriving by Monday the 25th, which was when we needed to arrive. Especially since you can not even guarantee a letter these days to arrive in two days.
By the way they gave me no guarantee! But they did research all the their warehouses to find the closet one that had this part( which was like chasing a unicorn- Amazon had it out of stock till November). That said this 85lbs trailer plate hitch not only arrived on Monday but it arrived by 12:30! If you want genuine knowledgeable people to help you with your RV parts - I would highly recommend RV part shop! Additionally no shipping charge was added. Thank you to RV Shop

I have been looking for an item for quite a long time. Your website said you had the item in stock. I ordered it an it instantly went on back order because it was out of stock. Had to cancel an keep looking.

Customer service was great. He helped me make sure of the right replacement motor and we received it quickly. Furnace is back up and running. Very pleased
