This company is not even worth one star. I've read similar reviews all saying the same. They offer a price that you accept and when they receive the phone it's apparently scratched (wasn't when I had it) the port is loose (wasn't when I had it) and the battery is not holding charge (best bit about my phone when I had it). I sent the £5 to have it returned as they offered a really low price but they won't return the phone despite repeated requests. Stay clear! I'm going to court to get me money back.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED,THEY OFFER YOU A PRICE FOR YOUR OLD FONE, BUT ONCE THEY RECEIVE IT THEY SEND YOU AN E MAIL TO SAY THAT THE PHONE IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT SHOULD BE, THEY VERY OFTEN MENTION ABOUT THE BATTERY IS NOT WORKING VERY WELL, THE CHARGING PORT IS LOOSE, THEN GIVE YOU A CHEAPER PRICE,IF YOU DONT ACCEPT IT, THEY WILL RETURN YOUR FONE FOR A CHARGE OF £5 , I HAVE READ DOZENS OF REVIEWS THAT SAY THIS, MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS NOT LOOKING ON TRUT PILOT FIRST........OUCH!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. They quoted me well on my mobile, the prepaid envelope for me to send it off to them arrived well over a week after placing the order. A further week went by before they acknowledged receiving the device, even more time passed before they got back to me with a "revised" offer. They claimed the battery was only 70% efficient, and the charger port was lose, it say absolutey nothing in their T&Cs about battery performance, in fact the phone only had to come with a battery. Needless to say I requested the device back as the offer was £65 below the price they originally quoted me. More time went by... I sent emails and had no response, at this point I emailed 'Compare and recycle' (the website where I found rx mobile) they was extremely helpful and emailed the company, within a day they gave me a revised offer, this time the battery performance had increases by 10% taking it to 80%, nevertheless I'd had enough by this point and once again requested the device be returned to me. Once again, no response and I had to email Compare and recycle again for their help, that same day I received another offer from the company. Yet again way below their original offer and once again I requested the device be returned. About 2 weeks later I received my phone back. That same day I placed an order with re buy, next day they picked the phone up from my home, within 2 days I had the money in my bank, and there was nothing wrong with my phone at all! Avoid RX Mobile, I don't even think they inspected my device after reading the other reviews on here (only after I sent my phone off) everyone is saying the same.

They offer a higher price to get you to accept.. but then they claim your phone has 'low powered battery' or 'loose charging port' as you can read from the below reviews, the phone I sent was fully professionally refurbished and was basically brand new, and they dropped the offer from £280 down to £200, they returned my phone as I declined. I've also reported them to trading standards, please avoid this company and don't fall for there scams.

Do not use RX Mobile. It took over 2 weeks, repeated emails and threat of legal action to receive money for the mobile phone which I sent them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful. DO NOT USE!! Quoted £145 for a phone that met the criteria but then cited a loose charger port as reason to offer £45... below the online quote for a non-working phone. I'm having to pay the £5 for them to return it out of principle. Not quite sure how this company is allowed to trade and it's criminal. Take a lower offer from a respected company and don't be enticed by the high offer rx mobile promise as they'll only reduce it for any reason, many if them not forming the criteria for a working phone...

Email below shows they're almost anticipating people will refuse their extremely low valuations by quickly reminding you you have to pay to get your property back.

"So best price we can offer you for this device is £45.00. If you are 
happy with this new offer, please confirm by email ASAP so we can 
arrange payment promptly. However, if you do not accept the above 
offer, please pay £5.00 for return postage cost (as agreed) so we can 
return it you."

how does this company sleep at night, sent my phone in offered me 215 then came back saying 80 the phone was immaculate never been out. of its case I work in an office so its never been in contact with and dirt or water, there comments were an insult

Truly Awful, wouldn’t offer me the agreed price giving an excuse of a loose charging socket and poor battery life! Then offered me less then they advertised as a faulty price on their website! After I complained they agreed to by the faulty price, then said as I wanted a cheque payment there would be a £3 charge, which was not stated on the website. Opted for their fast transfer into my bank account which then took a week! 20 days from receiving my phone to me getting paid!

Very satisfied. I got reasonable offer and get paid within time limits. Defiantly use again and recommend.

Took a little time from posting my devices off to them to receiving slightly under the amount agreed due to faulty charging which I didn’t 100% agree with but it wasn’t a huge amount less that I’d argue over really.

I would use them again in the future to be honest.

*****keep Away****Apparently every phone you send to these lot the charging port is faulty 😂 & the price drastically drops they promise you a price & then will not offer you this & make some sort an excuse & when you want them to return the phone it’s £5.00 & will not reply at all & send payment after weeks

Sent iPhone X 256gb in, was a problem with charging port so was offered £240 which was more than I’d have got with O2 payment was received next day
I honestly was worried reading previous reviews but my sale went through with out any problems

Thief I'm calling the police tomorrow as I haven't received my money. Total scum bag company
