DO NOT SEND YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER AS THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, YOU CAN'T CALL THEM.
THEY HAVE HAD MY PHONE SINCE 4TH AUGUST AND I'VE SEND NUMEROUS EMAILS REQUESTING THAT SOMEONE GETS IN TOUCH AND THEY ARE NO RESPONDING AND THE ADDRESS YOU SEND THE PHONE TO IS AN OFFICE IN LONDON WITH HUNDREDS OF OTHER OFFICES, I CALLED THE NUMBER ON GOOGLE AND THE LADY SAID SHE HADN'T HEARD OF THEM. THIS WAS A RECEPTIONIST NUMBER TO THE BUILDING!!
RX MOBILE ARE NOT REGISTERED ANYWHERE, IE DATA PROTECTION, EXPERIAN AND COMPANIES HOUSE, SO YOU CAN'T FIND THEM THROUGH THOSE SOURCES.
THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THEM ON THEIR WEBSITE.
AVOID AT ALL COST AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Stick to more well known companies
Would not recommend. They stated the battery health needed to be minimum 90% and reduced the price significantly. Very unresponsive and it wasn’t until I contacted the comparison website that I got a response on them returning the device to me. Although the quoted price might be high, it’s unlikely you’ll receive this and have to pay return postage. My advice: stick to well known companies.

Sent my p30 Pro off to them few weeks ago, not had payment, nor have they replied to my emails, absolute scam.

Awful experience - stick with other companies
Sent my phone in, they offered on 25% of the value they first agreed. When saying I wanted to have my phone returned I didn’t receive any emails back so stuck without my phone, no payment and only an email address to contact which they ignore.

Awful company.... avoid at all costs.
I sent two iPhone 7 handsets, quoted £110 per handset and then after 2 months of chasing I was paid £40 for one of the phones and I’m still waiting to hear about the other phone despite chasing them numerous times.
I will never use them again and highly recommend that nobody else does

Excellent level of service and very prompt to the point behavior of staff. I received very reasonable offer for my phone and found no delays in payment process. Glad to trade with them in future.

appauling company- do not use.
Absolutely shocking and terrible service and company.
I sent my phone ( iPhone 7, good quality, no scratches, unlocked) on a wed in the pre packaged bag they sent to me. I tracked it and know it was received by the Friday.
1 week later I still have not received a confirmation email or payment.
I will be taking this further.
Do not use this company!!

Absolutely gutted- been totally ripped off... sent over an I phone 8, offering £160... perfect condition, it’s been covered in plastic since I had it and literally just upgraded so perfect working order. Got an email saying it’s heavily scratched and battery has gone so they will give me £75!! I’ve asked for photos from them as unless it’s been destroyed that side then there is no way. Now I just want my phone back- please respond to your emails!

I've had the same problem as most people with this poor poor tip off company. should be closed down. got e mail in spam saying they have my phone.then knocked offer down £100.but had no reply.its been 2 weeks now. disgusting. shouldn't be allowed to trade.

I have emailed them asking if they have recived it and still got no reply!
