Great service and excellent workmanship

After much scouring of the Internet Ryan's had exactly what I needed and were able to provide it in the smaller quantity I needed for my project.
My only criticism is the use of Fastway Couriers. I find them consistently dreadful. Once again they lived upto their dreadful reputation taking a week to deliver my goods and leaving the package at the bottom of my drive in the long grass.

Unfortunately whilst on the phone I was told my order would be sent that day or the following day. When I rang a few days later to find out about the tracking information I was told the person dealing with the order would email me the tracking numbers. When I received these 2 days later they were not trackable. I phone again and was told this was because the order had only just been sent as the order had been misplaced. I expressed my concern as we were leaving on holiday a few days later and would not return until the 1st September. I asked if you could retrieve the package and send it later. I was told you could not but you would see if there was anything you could do and you would get in touch with me you did not. The end result is the package will probably be sent back to you as there is no-one to recieve it and now it cannot be tracked at all.

I wasn't informed when paying that I was paying extra for cutting of MDF. A service provided free by other shops. I also wasn't told it would take a week to be cut !

I purchased an internal shaker door for my home. Upon receiving the door I noticed I had purchased the wrong size. I contacted the store by email asking could I return the door for a refund. My mail was answered that the sale was final and no refunds on clearance items and told that it was clear from the text on the site. I pointed out with a picture of the website that it was not clear that the goods were non returnable and if it was I would not of asked to return the door. Sane Ryan replied to my many emails with it is not possible to return the door as it says sale is final on the site. It does say this but very small writing on the bottom of the webpage. So I thought ok I accept that it is there and it is my mistake so I asked could I return it for store credit as it is at a cost of €200 and no reply as to say stop mailing me. To say that they serve there community is a far stretch in my mind as I own a small business and would never refuse to work something out with a customer considering I am looking for return business. Stay clear as it seems they are looking for your money but not focusing on the customer and the community that keeps there business going.

This company was easy to deal with from start to finish. Stewart did a beautiful job on our staircase and gave lots of advice. We would definitely recommend this company.
