Geraldine was helpful and kept us up to date when selling our house with Ryder and Dutton. She kept on top of the solicitors during the process.

For Geraldine Marsden, she was great and always communicated with me everyday and every week to ensure this was a smooth process, as it was my first time buying, she ensured that everything was being done and contacted both my solicitors and vendor solicitors for updates which helped me keep track of everything. I sold my property through Ryder and Dutton. I dealt with 3 people at the Oldham branch, being Owain (valuer), Lacey (sales negotiator) and Geraldine (move manager).

All 3 were exceptional and very helpful. Geraldine was fantastic in dealing with chasing updates from buyers side and keeping me up to date.

It was a mad rush at the end but we got there. I would happily use Ryder and Dutton again.

The process was very long, however Ryder and Dutton was always there to support me through the process. They were reliable, steadfast with decisions and just great at doing their job

As a first time buyer this was possibly the best effecient and friendly experience I've ever had with an estate agents. The lovely proffesionals, Laura and Dylan at Ryder and Dutton handled mine and my mrs concerns and all sorts of questions with first time buying. They sped the process up and instead of biting our nails and thinking we're going to get " gazumped" any minute, they kept us in the loop, got the offer to client and phoned us with the exciting news of the client accepting!
