Bought our first home through Ryder and Dutton, with the help of Jade, Michaela and Oliver at the Royton branch. All were amazing and can not believe how fast the purchase went through. Every viewing we had was organised quickly and efficiently, and every question raised with Jade was answered in a quick timeframe. All very helpful, kind people. Would highly recommend :)

Recently had house up for sale with Ryder & Dutton Royton. They came out valued it, took photos, put it on the market and had viewings and offers that’s been accepted all within a week. The colleagues Jade, Michaela and Oliver were very helpful and efficient, made the whole experience stress free. Credit to the company. Highly recommend.

Purchased a house in Feb.
Process was quick, Michaela chased a lot of things for us which was very helpful. Being first time buyers, Michaela was able to explain the process to us which was well received. Great communicators, kept asking for updates from our side and sellers side to progress things quickly. No complaints!

From the initial valuation we felt we were in professional hands. Oliver from the Royton branch was enthusiastic, honest and professional. He explained everything in great detail and instilled us with confidence.
The photographer was absolutely brilliant, again professional and confident.
From there Michaela contacted us to introduce herself , then contactless kept us up to date regarding viewings.
Once the property sold ( Which it did within a matter of days), Michaela constantly kept us updated with progress such as proof of funds / solicitor updates etc.
When the challenge of our buyers needing to move quicker than expected came, again Michaela was super supportive in ensuring everyone was updated and ready in time - she went over and above.

Excellent experience purchasing our first home via Ryder and Dutton. Michaela and her team (Ammaarah, Oliver, Jade and Maxine) were absolutely fantastic. They respond to emails almost immediately. We engaged Ryder & Dutton in Royton to sell our long term family home & assist us in downscaling and moving nearer family.
From the first contact everything has been seamless.
They not only prepared a first class brochure for sale of the house but worked tirelessly to find a buyer. They also recommended other professional services, including a solicitor. All have been excellent. No problem was too small and they always found the time to help and get a solution.
We can not thank Michaela, Jade, Ammaarah, Oliver and Maxine enough for making the whole process easier, from placing the house on the market to completion.
