I’ve just sold my house with Ryder and Dutton and I have to say what a simple stress free, hassle free sale it was. Oliver, Michaela, jade, Maxine and ammaarah were fantastic! But a huge shout out and thankyou goes to Ammaarah, she kept me informed every step of the way, was always ringing me keeping me informed and was quick to chase up solicitors. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend Ryder&Dutton! Being somebody not very clued up in the house buying world, they really put me at ease and were super helpful with any and every query or concern I had. A very easy and pleasant experience
Acting as an executor, I had the task of selling a property. The manager, Oliver, carried out the valuation, and provided support and advice. We had an immediate response with numerous viewings resulting in a sale above expectations. Michaela was always available to assist with any queries. The marketing and sale went very smoothly. The efficient and helpful staff at the Royton branch, Michaela, Oliver, Jade, Ammaarah, and Maxine, kept us well informed at each stage of the selling process, and handled everything very professionally. A very easy and pleasant experience!

From start to finish the process was seamless. From the moment Oliver came out to give us a valuation on the property we were selling to moving into our new property. Jenny was constantly on the ball and giving us updates on both sale and purchase - I never had to call up chasing on anything. Jade and Michaela were always very responsive when booking viewings on my property and arranging extra viewings on the property we bought. We are not planning on moving again, but if we do, it will be with Ryder & Dutton

Excellent communications from Jade, Jenny and Michaela, and anyone else who may have contributed to the sale of mum's house.
Slightly disappointed that the original sales advertisment that I produced for when mum and dad bought the house from Ryder and Dutton exactly 50 years previously, was not used in their marketing of the property.
The only real reason why I chose these above all the other estate agents.
