I worked with Freya and Jenny and they supported me in the sale of my home in Woodleigh. They made the process much easier and the communication from them was always good.

Our sale & purchase was particularly tricky because we were in a lengthy chain. Not to mention we had a baby arriving within 4 days of the moving date.

When you're chucking a newborn onto the "moving house rollercoaster" - you've got to be sure you've picked the right team.

As we shot though the photo finish & the wheels ground to a halt, we were all smiles.

So yeah - moving house used to be one of the most stressful things you could do. Not anymore, not if you pick the right team to do it with.

The Manager Alex Fitton who started a sale of property with us, was very efficient and friendly. He committed a very good price and advertised it well. The initial photo of the property was not correctly done by the photographer that we paid for and Alex changed it straight away and the photo turned out well, so it was advertised very efficiently. Then the staff were dealing with the sale. They were all efficient and friendly. When we agreed on a purchase price, a lady called Jenny, was then straightforward to me. She was very good, she phoned me about things. Any emails were responded very quickly from her. She was very good. She understood everything I was thinking about and had lots of ways to make me feel better and more relieved. Thank you Jenny. Please tell all the staff they were working extremely well. If you were away, someone contacted me for you straight away. Good
