From start to finish it's been a very good experience. The assessment of the valuation of my property was thoughtfully conducted and thereafter the whole Ryder & Dutton team made it possible for me to view many varied properties, so I could decide what would work best for me to downsize to. The follow up work regarding the sale of my property was carried out in a very thorough way, all queries responded to as soon as ever possible. The weekly update was a good thing, even when I had nothing new to report, that point of contact was very reassuring. Thanks to everyone at Ryder & Dutton, Uppermill.

Ryder and Dutton eased the stress of selling. Arranging accompanied viewings and feeding back. Fleur at the Uppermill office was in constant communication as the sale went through. I would definitely recommend them.

Thank you Geraldine for your help regarding our recent move. Geraldine Marsden was an exceptional move manager, and available to assist throughout the entire moving process as a result we managed to go from sale to completion within 4 months.
I was very impressed with Ryder and Dutton and wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. If you're looking for an estate agent to help you move I would highly recommend.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! My chain was very slow due to having to wait for tenants to vacate my property, but Fleur kept in touch with me even when we were just waiting. And when everything finally started happening she was an invaluable point of call to get the other sides actually moving (they were definitely not as proactive). She always came back to me with updates and helped navigate any problems. She always put me at ease. The welcome gift with tea/coffee/biscuits etc was a really nice touch.
