Great Customer Service
I originally ordered my salt for delivery but ended up collecting, which the team were really accommodating with, nothing was too much trouble. I feel fortunate that I have such a great company nearby. Highly recommended!

A perfect transaction ...... no problems.
The salt blocks were easy to order and at a competitive price. They were delivered in the notified time slot and the van's progress could be monitored online.

The salt was as ordered and ready available. Price was most competitive. Took a little while to load the bags, no help there but all in all very good.

I ordered the wrong blocks, left a message, spoke with them and did a swap for the right blocks and more of them because they were less expensive, great customer service

Placed an order for replacement salt
Placed an order for replacement salt. I have to have it delivered as i work in the morning and they are closed in the afternoon.
My order was placed on 11th march, i chanced the order a week later. The said delivery early next week. I am now out of salt and still waiting for delivery. They waited for me to chase them before they said it was delayed. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened. It happens on almost every delivery. Not the experience you expect when you pay £15 delivery charge.
